I’ll start off by saying I would highly recommend Caddick Davis I had a case for driving with no insurance I was worried because off my job as a hgv driver and I know how 6-8 points would affect me, they made everything easy for me by telling me what I need to do in this situation I was sent to court with a barrister DAN SANTOS who pleaded my case to the judge I ended with 14 days ban and a fine which was the best outcome for my situation.

I highly recommend Mr Baljit Ahluwalia for legal representation. When I was searching for a solicitor to represent me in an excessive speeding case, I contacted numerous legal providers. Many took a fear-mongering approach, telling me the outcome was a foregone conclusion and that I should simply accept it. Others were hesitant or made vague promises about achieving the “best-case scenario.”

From the outset, Mr Ahluwalia’s approach stood out. When I explained my circumstances, his response was calm, logical, and professional. When your career is being impacted, it’s hard to know which solicitors to trust. I’m so glad I chose Caddick Davies. I discovered a speeding matter had been sent to an old address; because I didn’t receive the initial request to identify the driver, the matter progressed to court and resulted in a conviction before I knew anything about it. As a doctor, a conviction is something that can impact your job prospects and professional standing.

Daniel Wardle suggested at our first contact that Caddick Davies could help me with my stat dec, then contact the police to request they discontinue the case- thus avoiding court all together – and at a very reasonable fee! Other firms I had previously contacted never suggested this- other firms told me chances were low and just offered costly representation in magistrates court.

Kane Harnwell then handled the case fantastically, guiding me with calm professionalism. He arranged the statutory declaration, which was accepted. Then by contacting the police, who agreed to drop all charges. He kept me informed every step of the way and ensured everything was confirmed on the DVLA website. He worked so hard to get things done quickly for me, which I couldn’t be more grateful for. He also promptly provided evidence to my regulator of the case being dropped. Kane was fantastic and is a huge credit to Caddick Davies.
