I honestly can’t recommend Caddick Davis enough after all they have done for me in the last 11 months. It’s been truly daunting for myself going through a motor legal case which I never thought I’d land myself in. But with the help I received from Tom, who’s been an absolute delight to work with and Richard who was my advocate in court. Both kept me calm and at ease, and we got the outcome we had hoped for. Again, thank you so, so much!

I first approached Caddick Davies, along with several other solicitors, in December 2025 following a driving offence. After speaking with Neil Davies, I decided to place my trust in Caddick Davies because of the compassion, reassurance, and support he provided during those difficult first few days.
Although I was not formally charged until March 2026, Neil was always available to answer my questions and offer guidance. His support remained consistent throughout the entire process.
I was facing a serious charge with potentially life-changing consequences. Baljit Ahluwalia represented me in court, and together, Neil and Baljit prepared me thoroughly for every possible outcome. They explained each stage of the process clearly, helping me remain calm and informed while never once making me feel judged.
I am pleased to say that the outcome was far better than anyone could have expected. I genuinely believe this was due in large part to the outstanding support I received from both Neil and Baljit, as well as Baljit’s calm, professional, and highly effective representation in court.

My name is Noorani Iliad and i was in one of the worst possible situations where i was facing immediate custodial sentences and I instructed caddick davies only 7 days before my court case and within these 7 days i felt like i was getting the most priority and i was instructed Baljit who was absolutely amazing he went above and beyond and even stayed after work hours to finish my case off, from the very beginning i was given all advise i was supported mentally and i got every single support and more. I contacted Caddick Davies to assist me in a motoring offence. Having got caught speeding, it would put me on 12 points and result in a 6 month ban.
I initially spoke to several different solicitors, but from the first call with Tom Dewsbury at Caddick Davies, I knew I wanted them to represent me.
Tom spent a lot of time getting to know me, my personal circumstances and family arrangements and helped to build a case for me.
From initially contacting them, to the case going to court was around 6 months, and through out this time Tom remained in regular contact and was constantly reassuring, without making any false promises.

Caddick Davies are an amazing solicitor for any motoring convictions. Upon being assigned to Kane, he guided me through the process from speeding notice to court date. He put my mind at ease throughout the process but ensured I understood the best and worse case scenarios for outcome, so my expectations were realistic. I was then assigned Richard as my barrister/court representative. He was very polite, calming and very knowledgeable. His conduct in court is admirable as he stated my case and pleaded an outcome that was deemed fair. In the nicest possible way, I never want to deal with them again 🤣, but would highly recommend them for anyone needing their services.

Before I chose a solicitor, I spent literally days thoroughly researching all the motoring law firms available across the UK. This involved checking through lots and lots of customer feedback. For me it was going to be very worthwhile as this was gong to be one of the most important choices I was going to make. The police charges against me were quite serious and came with very scary and uncomfortable consequences. It seemed clear to me that Caddick Davies had to be on my initial shortlist. From there I spoke with the Principal owners of the businesses and found without doubt Neil Davis at Caddick Davies to be the most attentive, straight talking and reassuring about what lie ahead and how his company could help me through it. This was followed up and justified all the way along through to the conclusion where in my opinion the outcome for me was a hell of a lot better than first expected.
