Luke was on time and very polite, would use motor dough again

The whole process from start to finish was excellent. Tony who I dealt with over the phone and also Dean who came to collect the car. Both were very informative, professional, polite and courteous.

I had a great experience with Luke from Motor Dough. He was really friendly and helpful when my car wouldn’t start. He spent about 30 minutes with me, making sure everything was sorted, and I honestly appreciate the effort he put in. It made a stressful situation much easier. Highly recommend! And was lovely to deal with best person would definetly recommend this company

Tony was great on the phone, he was clear, friendly and straightforward. Was honest about the process and quick to respond. the chap that collected the car was also fantastic, think his name was Brad he was also friendly, polite and professional. I was as honest as I could be in my description of the car, was offered a fair price for the car and received the full offer price.

Great Transparent Sale. Agreed a price with M/Dough last Friday. Brad and Luke (polite/friendly guys) visited an hour or so ago. Plugged diagnostics into the car, took loads of photos, checked everything visually was as advised on the phone. All good. Made a phone call to the office to authorise payment . 10 mins later payment in my account and they drove my car back to their depot.
Give them a try and providing you are honest with your description, you wont get knocked down on price

Sam the agent who handled my car purchase was fantastic, communication was top notch and after agreeing a purchase price the car was collected 24 hrs later and agreed monies transferred. Damon kept me up to date on all the goings ons and the steps of buying and the collection of my car , the money was transferred in minutes of final agreement , absolute pleasure of a guy to deal with . Just sold my car to this company , price was settled as agreed , the experience was of great service , the two nice chaps that came to test drive and collect vehicle were very professional and pleasant, i remember one chap was called “Luke” and he was down to earth and very helpful and understanding etc , sometimes the guys that come to deliver and collect can make the transition very comfortable or frustrating but lucky for me the experience with these 2 chaps felt very comfortable and everything went smoothly , would definitely recommend

All very convenient and hassle-free. Tony was a pleasure to deal with on the phone throughout, he quoted me a price based on the history and some pictures of the car, arranged collection the next day, and after an in person check we exchanged right away. No haggling, no fuss.

Tony was honest and communicative from the off. I would say the price was slightly lower than expected but not in any way insulting. There are plenty of other buyers out there that lure you in with false prophets and try and manipulate you into selling.

Others take ages to get things sorted and you're not really guaranteed a price, you have to wait around with a lot of haggling and bidding.

Tony confirmed the price the day before collection and that is what was paid to me there and then when the car was collected less than 24hrs later.

The guy who came to get the car (John) is a Leeds fan, but other than that O couldn't fault him. He was very friendly and personable and worked quickly and respectfully to confirm everything was as advertised, liaising with the office to make the payment to me ahead of taking the car.

Friendly service and positive, clear communication throughout - I would recommend Motordough for anyone that doesn't want to be messed about and hasn't got the time or energy for time-wasters. They guarantee a quick and honest sale and that's what we got.
