Made my experience very simple and straightforward. No stress and as they promised, the price we agreed is what was paid. Luke, who came to collect my vehicle was very professional and courteous and again made the whole experience stress free. Money was in my account prior to him leaving.

Motordough made car selling really simple. Took a couple of days from initial phone call to pick up. Sam who contacted me on WhatsApp was an absolute gent. Gave me a fair price for a car with no MOT and had a good laugh and a joke with him on the phone. Brad picked up the car. Phoned me when he was 15 mins away and again a really nice gent had a good chat with him. Money was paid instantly into my bank no hidden fees. I cannot recommend motordough enough! Thanks guys!

I filled out an effortless form to sell my car online. Within half an hour. Sam rang me to ask a few simple non technical questions about my car, that being a 2013 Merc SLK. After submitting the required photos. Luke gave me a call to arrange viewing. He appreciated the car, was very friendly and polite. So after leaving him to look around and test drive. Sam rang to tell me the next process of paying me for the price we had agreed from first contact. Fantastic effortless, and stress free process of selling my car. Would highly recommend. I work in the finance sector myself so know the long drawn process with selling your car & I have to say, this company blows other well known retailers out the water by MILES!
Valuation to collection was done in less than 24hrs, my finance was paid off before the car was taken, received confirmation from the lender and Motor Dough straight away.
Dean - the guy who collected the car called me in advance to give me his ETA, told me everything he thought was good / bad with the car, thoroughly inspected the car, test drove it. My daughter was causing carnage and he was kind and patient towards her also.
A really big shout out to Sam though, what a great lad! From my initial call to completing the sale his service was exceptional! Called me when he said he would call, honest with his advice and just friendly and easy to talk to. I am hard nosed so I don't give out compliments very easily lol but honestly cannot fault him! If you ever need anything from the lender I told you I work for, definitely give me a shout 😉

Easiest way to sell a car, great experience from the first phone call. Tony and John was a massive help, very friendly and funny which made it a smooth sailing. 100% recommend. Thankyou guys :)

Like a few more reviews have said, the staff over the phone was great nice and very efficient. All photos, videos and everything they asked for was sent to them and a price was agreed. The sales pitch was were not like them other companies, once we agree the price we come and collect no issues, or questions just load up and transfer the money instantly. What a load of rubbish, the driver turned up and said I just need to check its all good to load on to the trailer. I then watched him open every door, kick tyres, open engine and plug in his computer to the engine management. After a full 30 minutes he said he was going to sit in his van and I would get a call from his boss. The call came and the sales manager proceeded to tell me 800 things that was wrong and that the agreed price was now only a couple of hundred quid. Absolute liars and conmen, I sent him packing, trying to get cars of people for nothing and make thousands.

The whole experience was seamless from start to finish. The company offered me a really good price for my car without the hassle of a private sale. The driver that collected my car Dean was a lovely guy and very helpful. Would recommend this company!

Easy process, entered details and after a few phone calls with joe had a deal i was happy with and car picked up next morning. So much easier than selling private. Will be doing it this way in the future everytime.

Process from start to finish excellent. Everyone i spoke to was polite and helpful. Shout out to John who collected the car! Would recommend for anyone selling a car. But be ultra honest with your description, photos etc. Makes it easier.

Sold my car to motordough and got a great price for my Mercedes CLA.
Dealing with Damon on the phone was simple and easy and we agreed a price within 20 minutes and booked a day for collection.
On the morning of collection I got a phone call off Luke an hour before he arrived. When he arrived, he went around the car and took pictures and plugged it in to make sure nothing was wrong with the car. once all way sorted he loaded the car and waiting around untill payment had cleared.
All in all fantastic experience made easy by Damon and Luke.

Selling my beloved M240i was never going to be an easy process.
That was until the moment I picked up the phone and spoke with the Motordough team.
Initially I commenced negotiations with Sam but progressed the process with both Tony and Ash.
I had an acceptable price / offer that I would accept and soon had this agreed.
Collection was booked for within 24 hours.
Dean arrived right on time. He was a star in explaining the final part of the process, inspection of my vehicle and a test drive.
He was the patient whilst the base team made payment to clear my PCP finance and pay the balance into my bank account.
All of the Motordough Team were exemplary in their friendliness and professionalism.
