This company and its MANY SISTER COMPANIES have gone into insolvency I had an email this morning

SCUM OF THE EARTH!!

Baseball bats & petrol bombs would be the only language these leeches understand - they deserve to rot in hell.

Had reasonably priced hire quoted, paid for what I thought was the whole thing then constantly bombarded for extras for toilet rolls etc absolutely disgusted with the up sell!! Then picked up the smelly vehicle couldn’t take it on the first night as I had to clean it thoroughly. Found that the pilot light on the gas oven was hanging out could have caused a fire. Emailed them a video of the damage received NO response. Returned vehicle advised the handover of the damage “oh sorry” didn’t quite cut it. No money offered for not being able to use the oven although I’m sure if I’d have caused the damage they would have kept my £1250. Dropped the van off 15 October it’s now 15 December still not had my refund although they’ve emailed to say they’ve sent it. I’ve asked for it immediately and now they have some kind of problem with their system so I’ve had to put it in dispute for fraud with my card provider. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! You get what you pay for and sometimes to pay over the odds for rubbish!!! AVOID

This company needs investigating, they were investigated by trading standards a couple of years back - google it as I am not able put a link. I’m going to be contacting Cambridge Trading Standards again. They need exposing on TV, heartless to let so many people down just before Christmas.

Booked back in August to go away with my partner and 3 kids for the new year, we’ve been really looking forward to this trip away only to receive a text 3 weeks before we’re due to go that the motor home is due a recall contact for a refund, can’t get hold of them!!! Looking at the other reviews I wish I read before I booked, looks like our family trip is ruined!!! PLEASE LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE.

Received a text message stated emergency recall for motorhome -do not go for collection! Ask for a refund then all went quiet ! Emailed them no answer ! After reading all these reviews ... feel total fool been stolen by law and unfortunately they are continuing their unstoppable games ! I guess we lost our money for this xmas:(

ABSOLUTE FRAUD!!

They’ve taken my £99, all copies of my drivers license, a £1250 deposit - and less than 10 days to go I get the same message saying the vehicle has recalled and they’ve cancelled! Completely ruined plans I had for my wife’s bday!! I went to the site where I would have been collecting my motorhome- but there was nobody in their office either!!

Now what? anyone found any other companies?

Really did not want to give any stars to this hellhole of company. Booked for 30th Dec to 4th Jan then 2 days ago got a text saying booking cancelled vehicle recall. This company is scamming people out of their well earned money. I have given up trying to call them as am getting no where! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!

Same as other bad reviews booked Motorhome for new year paid 76 pound next day message saying recall on van booking cancelled tried phoning only live chat. And to contact my bank to get money back glad it wasn’t more girl called Amy phones before they cancelled probably to get more money of me before they cancelled had to give them one star should be minise one star total scam. Stay awayyyyyyyyyy

They are thieves, will take your money, cancel your booking at the last moment via text message, not answer any of your calls and you have no way of getting your money back. Scum of the earth, don't know how they sleep at night.

Terrible terrible terrible ..advertise cheap then hard sell loads of extras , that come as standard . Took 100 from our " refundable " deposit claiming we returned the motorhome late and now there's just an error message when I try to get the remaining deposit back ..scammers !

I am totally gutted. We were due to go on our tour around Scotland from 30th December but on Tuesday evening at 5.30pm (less than 3 weeks before we are meant to travel) I receive an email to say my booking is cancelled. Obviously I couldn't get through to anyone on the Tuesday so spent an anxious evening waiting to contact them at 9am on Wednesday to sort out what I hoped was a mistake. Unfortunately it is no mistake and to top it off they won't even refund my money! They have instructed me to go through my card company and who knows what I will do about getting the money back from all the sites I booked and our NY celebrations in Edinburgh. I just feel lucky that we hadn't paid the £1,000 deposit which they chased me for the previous 2 days before cancelling and I feel for anyone who did!

AVOID THIS COMPANY - they are still showing available motor homes for the time we have had ours cancelled and money STOLEN.

Not much different to say to all the previous emails. We are going away on friday to visit family and were going to be on the floor. After an email from these thieves thought for £96 for 3 nights will be fun. Booked it. A few days later all the messages started. Luckily as we are only parking on a drive I turned them all down. However then we got the insurance one. That my excess is £1000 and they need a thousand pound deposit. So I paid the £100 with the £250 deposit. My cheap weekend is now getting dearer. Like. Many of you 2 days before we go I've had the cancellation message and can now not make contact. So we are back to sleeping on the floor having spent £450. Livid

I too have booked a break between Christmas and New year and also received email to say do not collect from depot due to motorhome being recalled. I'm hoping I get through Today as tried for hours yesterday.

Stay away. Booked for 4 days.got really good price £150. Than I had to complete all that steps 1 to 10. Three weeks before pickup date they was sending me reminders every day to complete those steps. Then I gone through that list put all information and paid deposit with insurance waivers. Nex day got a message that my booking was cancelled do to emergency recall and please contact admin or your card provider. And until now i can't get in touch with them. But when I go on they website and trying to check availability same day same size van showing 2 available. Just need to pay money and you in the traps again. Now I'm dealing with my bank to get my money back. Well done motorhome just before Christmas. Thanks a lot for making this mess in my plans

Worst experience in the world. I paid all money what was asked. Paid insurance and deposit. Next day received text message about booking cancellation. Now trying to get my money back. My advice just keep as far as possible from this company.

I wouldn’t give any stars booked it for Christmas with my children and dogs total scam cancelled as soon as I payed the deposit and remaining money they’ve ruined our family Christmas absolutely disgraceful do not use them

its a scam. booked over new year. they cancelled at last minute. unable to contact anyone thankfully i didnt add too many extras. shame on them. unbelievable

We were told during booking there are no hidden costs. Then we get bombarded Ryanair style with offers for ‘add-on’ kits for the bare essentials like chemical fluid, cutlery and chocks.
We paid for the chocks: on pick up they assured us they were in the back: they weren’t. After returning the van, they withheld £70 of our deposit due to approx half a litre of water that was left in grey water tank. They dragged out the deposit repayment over a month, as far and as long as they possibly could.
Probably all technically legal: it just doesn’t leave a good taste in the mouth. If you want a relaxing experience, look elsewhere

If I could not press a star a would off, this company does not even deserve bad. I have never in all my life been so let down by a company, a week and a half before we are due to pick the vehicle up they cancel it. No explanation. Taken me 4 hours just to get to talk to someone online, who is no help at all. Said that I need to contact my bank in order to get a refund. 2 weeks before Christmas. This company is a joke. Do not use.
