All I’ve got to say is this is a rip off company do not use them under any circumstances
You won’t get your deposit back!
And they try to come for more
Our van wasn’t road worthy bald tyre and a split in it when it left the depot
I would advise to use a company with a more face to face customer service

Worst company i have ever dealt with
I read the reviews and didn't believe it could be so bad - and I was right the reviews paint too good a picture:
Arrived, waited half an hour then got presented with the most disgustingly filthy van you ever saw. It had stains on every seat that were totally unhygienic. After an hour of complaining we finally got swapped out for something barely acceptable.
Upon return the site manager confirmed that the van was considerably cleaner than when we took it and she confirmed that we would get full deposit. 28 days later the company advised they were withholding deposit as the van was not clean. After a week of complaining they relented based upon the myriad of photos I had of before and after.
Now two months later I am still awaiting my deposit return...……..
What a tragic experience

Charged for breakdown.
The table was broken and it kept collapsing then on the second to last day of the holiday the clutch ‘overheated’. We were told to call the RAC who helped us limp home a day early. We were then charged over a £100 out of our deposit for the call out.

Ryan Air style surcharges. Beware!
I thought that the £99 for 3 days was a great deal...sadly it didn't turn out that way. Aggressive upselling of what I would consider basics; chocks, electric hook-up cable, fluid for the toilet, gas for the cooker are all extra. And you can't cancel after 24hrs. And you can't pick up before 3pm (on your first 'day) without paying, guess what, £39 extra! If you decide to rent, look very carefully at the Ryan Air style surcharges that turn a good deal into a poor one. What a shame.

Awful company to deal with
Awful company to deal with. We still haven’t had our deposit back over over £1000 and looking at other customer experiences we’re not the only ones. They said we gave the motorhome back and hadn’t emptied the toilet cassette - charged us £100. Of course we cleaned and sorted this out prior to returning it.
My experience with this company is a really bad one. I would warn against using this company. The battle to get our deposit back still goes on. This is no way to run a business absolute crooks.

We are thinking of hiring a motor home…
We are thinking of hiring a motor home for next summer, i found this website on a Facebook search. They were very quick sending me quotes for this year. I will look again nearer the time.
Only negative is I am getting bombarded with text messages.

Ruined a trip of a lifetime, and now 50 days and no deposit return.
Not only would I not recommend to a friend, I wouldn't wish them on my enemy. Company couldn't be more helpful when we were enquiring on phone from Australia. The 'extras' packs they sign you up for after you book (and you book assuming basics like kitchen gear, power cable and hose are included), are totally pointless. They are included in the hire anyway; they aren't going to bother removing bike racks, dishes the between hires. We collect vehicle. Shabby to say the least, and dirty. No water in it and apparently no tap you can connect to, so you have to find somewhere offsite to do that on day 1. Instruction manual hidden away in cupboard. So many problems with this vehicle. Fridge not working, reversing light out etc. Suddenly the company can't deal with customers by phone, we have to use messaging service. Not one reply to messages. I use insulin and had no working fridge to store it in over our summer rental. I have lots of photographic evidence and phone records to support my claim.
Upon vehicle return we were signed off as everything being as it was rented, with 19l extra fuel. Assured that deposit would be in my bank in 28 days, as they need to make sure there are no traffic infringement fines. This is ridiculous as clearly the driver is fined, not the rental company. As we had overseas license our deposit was 2500 UK pounds. After 28 days, no return of deposit. To get your deposit returned you have to fill in online forms that repeatedly fail to submit. Nobody tells you this until you ask. And the longer they delay, the more interest they gain and you lose. When our forms finally submitted and my husband messaged them on the endlessly on hold online chat function, we were assured the money would be refunded in 4 days. It wasn't. Tomorrow we will begin legal action, as it will be 51 days of them holding on to our deposit.

Do not use !!!!!
Do not use !!!!!, 28days to get your deposit back , that’s been & past !! I’m seeking legal advice Monday & taking them to court .
Don’t waist sending emails , calling , complete waist of time .charge them interest on your deposit £
Shame you can’t leave a zero on review !!
UPDATE: don’t take out “Insurane excess waiver “
Means nothing , just another way of conning £190 out of you . I had an accident and thought this waiver would cover me, but guess what they charged me for damage ( which I have NO Intention paying ) , charged me £100 late fee even though I screen shot’d arriving 30 minutes early at there depot. They rob & fleece you!!!
Steer well clear of this company & save your self a fortune & a hell lot of stress
Don’t take out waiver insurance , we took

Avoid like the plague!!
I hired a motor home at the start of August 2019. The motor home itself was very nice although there were lots of additional charges that were not clear at the time of order and the absolute worst part is that I have still not received my £1250 deposit back!! They have held my money for almost 3 months now. If I do not get my money back next week I am going to instruct a solicitor to start legal proceedings. My advise is to avoid this company at all costs!

Cheaper and more flexible than car hire and hotel
Used the web site a few times and get regular texts and emails with deals. If you hire out of season the deals can be pretty good and some times you can get a better deal speaking to them over the phone. One of my trips was looking to be around 500 miles and they waived the £50 excess mileage fee.

Made a enquiry...
Made an enquiry with them just out of interest and thought it seemed really cheap. A few days later they send me an email saying if you leave a review on trust pilot they will give me a £10 amazon voucher. (bribery?!) not a very good move by them coz it lead me here where I can see all the bad reviews about how the price you see isn't the price you pay after all the add ons and how they take forever to get you your deposit back. So I definitely won't book with them! Hope I still get my £10 amazon voucher for this review tho
