Great customer service at renewal
I've thankfully not had the need to claim on the policy, so I cannot comment on that. However, upon my renewal I had a few amendments to make. Mark who dealt with my call was brilliant, explained everything, was very friendly and helpful. So the 5* is for Mark and his customer service.
