The call handler was professional and polite . Explained the process of setting up new policy checking with me through out .
The cost of the policy was reasonable although costs to amend should you need to are rather high.

Got a quote through Compare the Market and followed up with Motorhome protect because of their low compulsory excess. The agents on the phone line were excellent. Very patient and thorough, answered all of my questions and explained things clearly. They helped me understand the differences between policies that gave me confidence in the choice I finally made. And I still got the Compare the Market preferential rate.

A good experience
I didn't have to wait in a queue for someone to answer. The renewal process was simple and easy to understand. I have only given four stars it could be five if the documentation arrives by post as promised.
