18months they used my vehicle illegally racking up parking tickets extra. Very rude then they block your number. The so called manager doesn't reply to emails or understand what customer service is. Been waiting 3 weeks for them to pay me back what they owe me, criminals is an understatement. DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS.......

A shambles of a company if I could give 0 I would, Similar experiences to many others on here where they don't answer the phone take wrong amounts of money on the wrong day and have attempted to take more than one payment. Many other things I could say on here but I would take up a whole page, I'm going through the financial ombudsman service to have these made accountable for their behaviour.

This company are badly ran and customer service is shocking. I completed my loan and they have sent me back my V5. I never received it and they have been extremely poor on following up with Royal Mail simply saying that Royal Mail will not compensate without provide proof or even a reason why they will not compensate. I have now had to pat £25 to get a new V5 and Motorkitty have no interest whatsoever and say it's not their responsibility. The vague emails with no explanations are infuriating. Do not use them if you want a log book loan.

I am not sure why there are negative reviews like the below. I have had a loan with them since 2018 and finished paying it off a couple of months ago. They were extremely flexible and have always helped where possible.

I do think the reviews below are from customers that don't pay and then suffer the consequences. Just pay your loan back people - if you take a loan out its not a handout, pay it back and you should not experience any problems.

Too expensive .I have shopped around and despite their claims they are NOT the cheapest .Rubbish application process , no calls.Avoid.The only redeeming feature is the chap that answers your call is polite but behind him is a mix of poor service and unpleasantness.

If you have a barge pole do not touch this company with it .I am taking my case to the ombudsman as this companys employees and managers are woeful at admitting their errors. I recieved no reminders of default notices and no notififcation by e mail or text .Every time I contacted them to try and arrange a repayment plan they were totally imposible to deal with ,totally intransigent, asking for ridiculous amounts to be paid immediately .Normally £500.00 . They are probably THE most expensive company out there..I have missed a total of four payments and have neem charged £3500 in fees. They exhibit a total lack of empathy .My car was reposssessed ,I was charged three lots of fees for this!
I will report when I have an update and will aslo upload a statement of account to show the excesive fees !

They have the logo of CCTA on their website but are no longer members.BE WARNED !!!!!!!

These are the best rates in this industry. I checked around. Service was good, no issues to date. Happy with the loan.

This company delivered cash same day. I really needed it quick owing to some urgent issues I was having. Can’t fault this company, they are always great to deal with.

Great company - have always been excellent with me. No complaints.

I took a small loan out with this company, over a period of 12 months I missed two payments which left me with some outstanding arrears. I begged and pleaded with them to accept a smaller payment (literally £14.86 per month less) and to stop adding charges as I was struggling with financial difficulty. They never acknowledged my requests and continued to send me default letters, this had a negative effect on my mental life and was a factor in an attempt on my own life.

I tried to bounce back from a very low point by sorting out my finances (which I am on the right path with!) after more begging pleading and explaining we agreed via email that I will make the smaller payments and not incur any further charges, Motorkitty didn’t keep there end of the deal and continued to send default notices (including additional charges) also I couldn’t see any sign of the payments I had been making coming off of the outstanding debt (bare in mind I had only missed two in one year)

I then asked them to give me a breakdown of my arrears and a statement of my account so I could cross reference payments they had allocated with payments I had on record with my bank. They haven’t provided me with this and instead keep throwing curveballs to avoid the situation.

Throughout my whole experience in the last 12 months I have been met with nothing but pedantic, patronising and rather immature responses to all of my customer service enquiries it is like dealing with pre pubescent teenagers.

Do not trust them do not deal with them they are the worst of the worst, any 5 star reviews must have been posted by them or paid for

i honestly can not fault this company, they have been amazing with my situation and always trying to help me when I have been in need, pushing back fees and accommodation as much as possible, never had any issue and compared to a lender I had previously the experience was horrendous - but motorkitty has restored my faith - helpful proactive and always will get back to you.

Great company. Loan was fast and customer service was excellent.

Terrible customer service from managers after an error occurred from there side. Had a technical issue which meant they sent me false emails and text messages implementing my bank had declined payment when i have written proof from my bank this is not the case. Also trying to add late payment charges when it is an error from there end. Advised to take payment and then asking me to update my bank details which seems absurd considering my details have not changed. Asked for copy of the call the send to financial ombudsmen awaiting reply. Absolutely raging in the way i was spoken to today.

Worst company ever never again do not return log book after payment they gave me £15 to buy another one they lost it

Excellent from first contact, they were very helpful quick and efficient.

I had been struggling with some financial difficulty and all the way through they were extremely helpful and helped me to aleviate my stresses.

Highly recommend, they also have the cheapest interest rates for this category of loan

Terrible company. Very very rude! Applied for a loan they don’t ring you or get back to you. I kept calling as I’d given my details across the internet so was worried! Thank god I got through to them to cancel!! After the way I was spoken to being called a nuisance!!! For chasing it up!!! I then asked about charges etc and they literally raised there voices over me!! To try to confuse me ! At this I requested to not continue with my application, and wow the rude attitude I got was disgusting! Thank goodness I didn’t take this loan!
Update I’ve now looked into them online turns out they really are bully’s! Please avoid

I used this company to help with an urgent financial problem. I must say, greatly impressed with the service. A*.

Great company, fast loan, no hassle.

This company is the cheapest in the market. I looked around everywhere. Most claim to be, but when you actually check the numbers, there’s a huge difference.

The loan was set up in 10 minutes and the same day I had the cash in my account. No problems to report.

When I took out a loan with motor kitty they said that someone will come out to view your vehicle today . I waited around for 6 hours and still no one turned up . I phoned motor kitty 5 times and left voicemail yet still no answer . The next day I phoned again he landline and it rung 3 times and then sounded like it got diverted to a mobile and a man eventually answered the phone but sounded like I’ve woken him up .. I told him I was waiting for someone to turn up yesterday but didn’t show up . He didn’t apologise and just said that the person has personal problems?? Yet couldn’t phone me to let me know . Anyway I went ahead with the logbook loan and he said he will send me a email and just fill out documents and send photos of vehicle as he has no one available and he will process it . Online it said it’s quick and easy yet 24 hours later still nothing . I sent everything over to motor kitty and still not heard nothing so tried calling again 4 times and leaving voicemails , no reply so another 24 hours I phoned motor kitty and finally someone answered and said I’ll check now to see if we have received your email?? Yes we have received it and waiting for it to be agreed. I got a phone call 3 hours later saying it’s sll done and I’ll receive the money within 2 hours ??? 2 hours went by nothing so had to phone back 7 times before someone answers the phone . He looks into this and says yep we have paid you but after 2 more hours still nothing and phoning back again the realises that thy made a mistake and it ain’t left their bank as they missed out or put a wrong digit in .
I finally got the £600 in my bank after about 52 hours so if your looking for a quick loan don’t come see theses .. trust me I’ve learned my lessons .
I can also say that they love to give you late payment fees when it was meant to come out on the same day . They tried taking money at 9 am but it didn’t cone out so got a text and email saying I need to contact motor kitty . I was at work so thought I’d call them on my lunch to pay Around about 1 pm so when I called got rude arrogant bloke saying why didn’t I pay I was like hold up mate I’m paying now and it’s due today . He tried adding late payment fee but I told him straight I’m not paying late as it can be paid anytime today ..
you need to be very careful with this company as they love to add late fee’s when in fact it takes ages to get through so you end up paying next day and incurring a late payment of around £15 on top of your loan .
When you ask to pay off early they advise you that it’s best you don’t as you will only save about £4 they go out their way to make more money out of you . They bully you they belittle you and make you feel worthless yet no one came out to me to vies vehicle I had to do it all . They should be ashamed of themselves. The pain they put you through ..
