A simple , straightforward Logbook loan company that is potentially one of the best on the market. FCA regulated, professional and clear figures for APR, reminders before payments are due and minimal charges if there is a late payment(very very fair).Reasonable individuals who are professional and not 'rude' as some reviews have stated below. I would highly recommend MotorKitty over any other companies on the market.

Very poor. Don’t give you any discount on early settlement like they state they only charge interest on what you lend and when you lend it that’s a lie. Been paying my loan 6 months and still are trying to charge me the whole loan sum to clear early. Staff are rude the list goes on I would AVOID BY FAR & never use this company. No matter what your situation is. Terrible company. I am taking This further unless contacted today & resolved which I doubt as there service & attention to customers is appalling

I was a victim of a crime when a Car I brought had a lone against the Log Book, so this company send over for want of a better word a intimidating bully! At 11.30pm banging on my door and instead of politely explaining what was going on he just got up close to me and said “Looks like you’re in trouble” he then laughed! He’d come to reposes my car! He then said he’d been waiting since 10.00pm which is strange as I’d been in all day! He said we came up at 10.00am but didn’t know you had a doorbell! I mean come on that’s just strange, he totally treated me like I was the criminal! When in fact I was the victim in this crime! I called up Motor Kitty and left two voicemails and by midday still no reply! I called again and the staff are the most rude nasty hateful staff you could probably get! First guy said in a rude manner “well what do you want us to do about it” then he said he get someone else to talk to me but just hung up and didn’t call me back I called again he was even more rude saying what do you want now! And then hung up then I called again and the next guy he said “ok if you want your Car back you can buy it from us for 700” I Mwtf!!!! It’s only worth about £200 if that! All in all they are a nasty threatening company and I advised AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! I mean this is how they treat innocent victims of crime! They don’t even bother to go after the guy that took the lone out! They don’t Car now they have my car that’s worth nothing to them as they can’t sell it! I still have the log book which is stupid of them to say they have a log book lone in it yet don’t have the proper logbook! No one is going to buy it from them they are owed £1200 from the c**t that took the lone out who they have said they will never get him! I’ve also been told that now they know the price of the car that they’d probably not even have bothered doing a Collection for it! So why did they because they are NASTY

I have to give them a 1 star but believe me it’s a no star! I’ve read up about them in line and they get loads of bad feedback etc Facebook even has groups about them! Any good feed back on this site for them is clearly fake made up by staff that work for the company etc!

Hope you are f-ing proud of yourselfs I now don’t have a car my poor 80 year old Mum can’t get about well so I take her in the car! I’m self-employed so this weekends bookings I’ll have to cancel as well! But hey they don’t give a 💩!

UPDATE: Motorkitty have contacted me saying - Please provide a valid customer reference number. This is no customer of ours.
So they are now saying I’m laying! So I’ve replied to them saying - I didn’t say I was your customer have you even read the review? I have the paperwork from you so anyone potential customer that wants to see it can! Why would I make this up! I’m a victim of a crime and you treated me like crap 💩 and then tried to sell me my car back to be for £700 😂😂😂😂 to top it off you didn’t even ask for the logbook! So you left as me as the registered keeper so till you contact the DVLA you can’t even register the car as yours! And even then I need to be the one to sign the registration over to you 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

Motorkitty made obtainable credit against my vehicle quick and easy. They walked me through each of the steps and answered all of my questions. The pay out was fast and hassle free and I would highly recommend them.

Awful customer service and they lost my key and logbook

In terms of getting the loan it was all done very quickly and easily.

The problems begin after that if you ever need to contact them. They seem to have a policy of NEVER calling back when they promise. Some of the staff are quite arrogant too.

They also lost my spare key and logbook. I’m still waiting to hear what they plan to do about It.

Didn’t reply to an email with an issue. But was quickly dealt with over the phone.

Very easy and quick process. Everything has been super quick and friendly customer support staff.

The team at motor kitty were very quick to deal with my enquiry.
An agent was able to come out the same day, but I didn’t have all of my paperwork with me.
But the following day they were here bright and early.

The paperwork was sent to the office by the agent and the money was there within hours!!
