Purchased from Canterbury a Peugeot for my daughter whilst awaiting her driving test, sales couldn’t be more helpful, unfortunately that is where the service ended. The car covered 200 miles only in 3 months awaiting delayed driving test and then it broke down, £250 later in repairs my normal reliable garage advised the clutch is also on the way out quoting £400. I contacted Drive Now and in fairness they listened and did agree to look at the car disagreeing with the other garage, this was expected. So in conclusion £250 in repairs, £400 for a clutch and estimated £400 to repair the window I have now paid over the market price for the car, drivenow humoured me by looking but they had no intention of even contributing. Disappointing reality that they are only ever interested in the sale and once you have paid your money customer service is over, may as well have purchased privately. Will never purchase a car from drive now again, please learn from my experience and proceed with much caution.

Motorline Peugeot - Ashford. Don't waste your time
From the moment I went to look at the car I should've known to not waste my time. I had taken my boyfriend with me to look at the car, though made it very clear it was me buying the car, yet the salesman spent the whole time talking to my partner and not me. After that visit, I has decided I wanted the car so put down a deposit whilst I sorted out my finances. Contacting Peugeot after that was a nightmare. They are impossible to get through to, if they ever say they're going to call you back, don't believe them, I couldn't believe I was chasing them so much to purchase a car off of them, surely they wanted the money?
Couple of weeks down the line one of my sensors breaks, I didn't want to deal with Ashford again as they seemed incompetent, so I went to Canterbury instead. They found the problem and ordered the parts, told me they would call me when the parts came in to get my car in and fixed. Did they call? No, of course they didn't. I ended up calling them. The sales guy said they'd noticed my wipers were looking a bit tired so "chucked them on the order too", thinking he was doing me a favour, I then was charged £40 for them. I understand these parts cost, but I didn't ask for them. nor was I told I'd be paying for them, could've done without.
Most recently, after 3 months of owning this car, I broke down on a busy motorway in the pouring rain in an unfamiliar part of the country, which as you can imagine was very distressing. I call AA to help, they replace my spark plugs that were faulty. I later remember I have 12 months warranty with the car, but they refuse to cover the cost because I hadn't taken it to a Peugeot garage. Which was very disappointing to say the least, but was then topped off with the rude and blunt tone and attitude of the man on the phone, unwilling to show any remorse or care for the trouble I have had with this car.
Honestly the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

When I upgraded this year I was dealing with JAMES MACKIE and he was amazing so very helpful, went above and beyond to keep me in the loop with everything about the purchase of my new i10 N-Line he was always so polite, professional and approachable if I had any questions a quick email to him and I would here back with the answer very promptly. I LOVE my new car and highly recommend the MOTORLINE HYUNDAI ASHFORD dealership if you want a Hyundai.

Booked service on-line for my new car (Skoda Kodiaq) that I purchased from them a year ago. Got 2 emails from Alison Ferguson-French with confirmation of my appointment on the 02/08/21. Called them to schedule pick up car times. Have been informed that I am not booked for the service. What a joke of a company that is. Costumer Service non existent. Won't buy any cars from them in the future.

As volkswagen golf owner i just walked in to volkswagen Crawley with my wife who currently buying a golf from Mercedes dealer with a query about the Ulez before making a purchase, as she is about to make a purchase of a golf that should be Ulez compliant however is coming up as non ulez complaints so we wanted to go to volkswagen in Crawley in order to understand, the lady at the desk in volkswagen was a bit rude and ot willing to help, she says as we are not buying from volkswagen you should be asking that question to whoever you're buying from so i said thay i am already a customer and i already own a volkswagen which it didn't make any difference she says that I should check on gov website which i already explained that i am not checking if the car is ulez or not am here to understand why this isn't ulez compliant as the car is 2015 1.6 tdi.
She says the same thing again go anf ask mercedes that question as you're not buying from us.
I left volkswagen so unhappy how we've been treated just because this time we're not buying from them even though we're buying a volkswagen. I said to the lady that i will be leaving a review she says do what you want.

8.5k down the drain. Do not use
After buying a 2016 high spec Automatic CMax for 8.5k and 38,000 miles on it 3 months and 22 days ago from Bristol drive now. I now have no car and no money.
Automatic Gearbox needs replacement (5k) and also engine debris in engine from something grinding.
Mechanic said for this much damage it must have been faulty when purchasing.
However they are not interested as 22 days out of warranty. Said it’s one of those things.
Citizens Advise has said we do have a case so we are currently going through all of the steps before taking to small claims court.

However after speaking with Sophie and being introduced to James Major who led me through my options I felt completely at ease and able to overcome my nervousness. Okay what a brilliant car dealership motorline Nissan is, in a huge place with every car you have ever needed, the Nissan showroom in-site is everything my heart desires. As a Motobility customer I can honestly say that I have such a great range of new cars to choose from but I'm so proud and excited to tell you that for the first time EVER!!! I chose to remain with Nissan and my beautiful quasqui has been upgraded for a brand new one!!
Honestly guys, this is the garage for you, all through lockdown I was kept in the loop, the mobility agent is called Mark and he was just wonderful!! Even my mum loved him and that doesn't happen often!!
I even got a video ON MY PHONE showing me my car!!! What??? How special is that. Anyway, truth is, I think the dealership is brilliantly run, and in a time of tough decisions with covid etc, we were still made to feel extremely important and.....the nespresso is to die for !!! Well done people x

I met Harrison Marwaha via a VIP invite. I found the whole experience very enjoyable. Harrison is a very professional, enthusiastic salesman. He assisted me in the purchase of an i10. Following discussion with Oliver Maddox (not in my presence) I was offered an i20 for the same deal. Unfortunately, due to a delay in the showroom obtaining the i20, the interest rate offer lapsed and I am now having to pay more each month. But I was so happy with my experience with Harrison that I am still going ahead with the i20 and can't wait to drive it. I look forward to continuing dealing with Harrison; I have 100% trust in his ability. He is an excellent salesman.

Was assisted by young sales assistant Sophie. Very knowledgeable. Great experience. Very helpful and polite. Was not rushed or pushed into anything specific. Listened to what we wanted. Was offered a test drive without any issues. Gave a deposit and change my mind, the very next day. No problem with refund, was completed instantly.
Terrible VW
Terrible. Avoid. They have had my golf on and off for 7 months, the latest for 4 months. The first time was for 2 months and they hadn't even looked at it when I chased it! They have made no effort to sort the problem and have returned it saying it was something that it wasn't. They are now trying to charge me 2.6k and one of their mechanics has driven it home and back nearly everyday. Contacted HO but nothing happened.

Buyer Beware, poor after sales service
I bought a used Toyota Verso from Motorline Stourbridge 01/05/2021. The sales part went well. Unfortunately thereafter it has been very very poor. The car had no spare wheel or puncture fixing kit, I was promised this would be rectified. At the beginning of July I'm still waiting. One of the rear window sunblinds was missing two clips. I was told to source and pay for replacements and I'd be repaid, I'm still waiting for that too
To add insult to injury I've now had an email asking if I want to take out a monthly service plan!
If you buy a 2nd hand vehicle from Motorline make sure you're 100% happy and nothing is missing before you leave the premises or you could be waiting a long long time for it to be sorted.

Took a long trip (4hr round trip) to this garage for an ex-demo car ( had some damage) and they were not very flexible with any deals and not willing to negotiate a good price as offered by other garages e.g CarWow. Seems to depend on the garage, as a friend has fantastic service at his and a good discount with extras added free. The salesman even took him there to pick up his new car!
