Motorline Drive Now Cardiff

Just purchased a used volvo from motorline drive now Cardiff. Salesmen were very pleasant. No pushy sales able to view and test drive with no pressure. A fair price part exchange and the purchase vehicle was also priced competitively. Many thanks Lou for a great service

I’m a motability customer and ordered a car from their Stourbridge branch with a sales representative called Bradley Cooper. On the 03/09/20 we placed the order I heard nothing by the 24/11/20 so I thought I’d ring to make sure all was fine for the collection date on 02/12/20 only to be told that the car was no longer available (I understand these things happen) but then the lies started to flow he claimed that he had been trying to contact me since the beginning of October but couldn’t get in touch because he had the wrong number I’ve checked all paperwork and my correct number email address and postal address are all correct. And then today I tried for 3 and half hours trying to contact him about 9 times I rang only to be told “o hell ring you back in 5-10 minutes never rang me back. I even rang and spoke to the manager to be told he would get him to call me and sort it out ASAP told the manager everything and he promised me it would be sorted within the hour. I waited another 4 hours and still no call. What a terrible way to treat your customers. your company doesn’t deserve to make it to the end of the year when people are struggling with all that’s going. I will be making a formal complaint tomorrow with the manager and the head office and motability

Great service!

I had great experience when purchasing my vehicle. The vehicle experienced a fault a day after purchasing the car which was quickly rectified by the garage. Whilst it was something that would not normally be covered they had made an exception considering I had had the vehicle for less than 24 hours when reporting the issue!. Great customer service I would definitely use again!

Excellent

Excellent, professional, friendly service from David Duggan (Senior Sales) at Motorline Hyundai Hereford. This is a second Hyundai my family have purchased from this branch. It was David who assisted us on both occasions.

I would also mention Sabrina Michralijevova who provided efficient, professional backup service whenever David was not available.

If you're looking to purchase a Hyundai, I would recommend you include Motorline Hereford in your searches.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. Initial contact is quick, followed up by subsequent calls. Then they never deliver on promises.....no video of the car (somehow advertised vehicle was not on site?)....no trade-in valuation. I don't feel they tell the truth and are arrogant.

Booking a warranty repair

I called motorline Canterbury in reference to a problem with my new Audi A7, which will be repaired under warranty, bear in mind Ive only done 1600 miles in the car
The telephone representative was the most unhelpful person Ive ever talked too.
Audi no longer will collect your car and if you want a courtesy car the wait time is three weeks ,which is ok for planned servicing, but not helpful for issue that are unexpected.
The representative told me the car will need to be booked in all day and I need to bring it.
I said “I can’t wait all day in Canterbury” bearing in mind I live in Deal Kent, I was told there is a bus stop outside the Dealers. So I can drop the car off at 10am, take a two hour bus trip home and then spend another two hours on the bus to come back.
Motorline website clearly states they will collect cars if required.
Give the he fact that this is a problem with a new car, not caused by myself I think Motorline could have been more helpful.
Very disappointed with their customer aftercare.

Excellent Customer Service from Jordan!

I'm surprised by all the negative reviews for Motorline as my experience at Motorline Coulsdon was first class.

We purchased a "nearly new" Golf Match Edition and couldn't be more pleased with the car and the dealer.

Being one of those strange people without a smart phone, we were unable to get the sat nav working properly and our sales consultant Jordan Hernandez went out of his way to assist us.

So, despite other people's experience, it's 5 stars from us!

4 days to change a clutch! Car not sanitized inside

Put our VW into Motorline Tunbridge Wells last week. Needed a new clutch, it's been slipping and has high mileage, so best to replace altogether.
Took them from Mon to thurs pm to fix it and give it back (dirty, not cleaned outside as they usually do, steering wheel was filthy with oil and grime). We were worried about Covid sanitization in our car. Had at least one technician in car to test drive etc. cars not been disinfected inside at all. Outside car had oily prints on windows so would have liked these cleaned off at least. We had a temp check, hand cleaner ritual on entering but our car was filthy inside and not sanitized. Husband is vulnerable, hope he does not catch Covid! We are not totally confident in the work done, as we thought they had broken something and had to order parts (which we did not pay for) so not sure what was going on. Only charged for 4 hours labour but took nearly 4 days to do.
Will use another dealer in future.

Motorline Nissan Tunbridge Wells, Worst experience, no one cares

I know motorline doesn't bother to reply here, I bought used 15 plate Qashqai from Tunbridge in September 2020, I have been told in viewing that car will go on service and rims scratches will go with other scratches. On pickup day, They did nothing, no 100 points checks as they claims. I went kent from london to pickup, after all paper works and payment, luckily I checked the Wheel magic key, Found nothing, I went back in and they checked all car nothing, Even the Car boot Lid was missing, They said take your car and next week someone will come and collect your car from your home. After all week I received no call or email, When I chase them they said they struggling to collect your car, Can you bring your car? I asked I can bring my nearest Nissan dealer, They said no it has to be only Motorline which they never told me before sell. I had no choice I took my car on my off day, till today one air vent problem is still pending and NISSAN struggling to get small part of its own model. very strange. I dont recommend any deal with Motorline and if you decide to go with them check everything before you pay them because they dont check anything.

Looking at the reviews no one is gonna answer anyway but here we go.
I’ve bought 2 cars from motorline and have had a great experience so when my daughter wanted a new car I sent her there. The salesman was pushy and offered little help. She’s a 22 year old female on her own as it was my wife’s birthday so I couldn’t go with her. She had to ring me to help her get out of there as the salesman was just piling on the pressure about a car that she didn’t want and was out of her price range anyway. I can’t believe a so called professional outlet like this scared my daughter this much. I will not be using them again or letting her go without me. This might of out her off car shopping on her own for life. SHAME ON YOU BULLIES

Took my audi A4 into maidstone audi 4…

Took my audi A4 into maidstone audi 4 weeks ago for an interim service which was all fine, also handed over my spare key which is fully insured with audi, this had stopped working i was told they will order a new one ..this was 4 weeks ago, i phoned the dealership up 4 days ago asking if its in & was told no not yet but someone will contact me when its in, i can buy one online & delivered within 48 hours, also i was quoted over £1000 to change a thermostat gasket as on inspection it was noted that water lever was down on minimum which has nit moved in the last 4 weeks as being an ex mechanic i know that this job is no more than one hour to do only cost in goods is a £2 gasket.
