From start to finish, the service was excellent. Our sales advisor, Zain, was incredibly patient and calmly answered all of our queries and doubts. The manager was also highly supportive, clearly explaining all of our vehicle finance options.
What really stood out was the after-sales service. We encountered a minor issue with the car after purchase, but Zain dealt with it swiftly and professionally. Highly recommend them and will definitely do business here again!

I recently bought an Audi A3 from Motorpoint and had a really good experience. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Sion was great and didn’t put any pressure on me to make a decision, which made the whole process much easier. Peter was also really helpful when it came to sorting out the paperwork.

We were not made aware that the word "Advance" in Hyundai's description indicated a basic entry car. Had we known just how basic, we would have pulled out of he sale.
We mentioned three times chocolate on backrest to be removed. It was still there when car was handed over, which begs the question - was the upholstery actually treated (since rectified).
Most important: we were only given one set of keys as we were told Hyundai only supplied one. Our local Hyundai assured us that ALL Hyundai cars are issued with two sets of keys. Therefore the dealer from whom you collected the car should have the other set. If not, it is up to someone to obtain them. As we are the first registered keeper of the vehicle as mentioned on V5 we should have two sets of keys.
This is our fifth car from you and up til now, have had excellent service and rapport with staff and would like it to continue.

We're also sorry that the mark on the rear seat wasn't fully resolved before collection, especially as you had raised it with us beforehand. This isn't the standard we aim for, although we're pleased this has now been rectified.
Dawid has spoken with you since regarding a possible part exchange, as we understand the vehicle specification wasn't quite what you were hoping for. We genuinely appreciate your loyalty over the years and would be happy to discuss any options available.

Don't touch with a barge pole
I bought a car for £25k from the Newport branch at the end of 2024. I live some distance away and the next day the car started with a fault - this went on for months. My closest branch was Oldbury and they were worse than useless. Once they've got your money they don't care. Less than 2 years down the line I have got issues with the car that could cost up to £8,000 to fix, which I think is related to covered up issues they sold the car with. Would never buy a car from them again, would rather get a push bike.
