I recently bought a car from Motorpoint and wanted to say a huge thank you to Megan for making the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. She was friendly, helpful, professional, and never once made me feel pressured into buying anything.
What really stood out was how she went above and beyond to help me. During my test drive, the car I was originally planning to buy was actually sold, but Megan quickly thought on her feet and found me an alternative vehicle that turned out to be even better than the one I was about to pay for!
Her customer service, quick thinking, and genuine approach made all the difference. Megan is a real asset to Motorpoint and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a new car.

an hour the car was supposed to have been inspected. when it came over it had lots of paint chips on it. they took it away to repair the chips.we were there another three quarters of an hour. sorry but just not good enough.
