Had an extremely pleasant experience at Motorpoint Burnley. I was served by Joe, who was very helpful, there was no pressure buying or forcing to get unnecessary products, gave me good advise and was very very friendly. Made the whole process smooth, and I was able to get my car on the same day without any fuss.
I've already recommended to my family, but would definitely recommend Burnley's branch.

The person who we did the deal with and the person who dealt with us on the day of collection were different people. I thought the one person would see us through the whole process. I mentioned a couple of points on the MOT record on the car. Not 100 percent sure these points were taken seriously.
