Fantastic from start to finish. Not pushy and gave me more than enough time to choose my new car. Everything explained and great communication and organisation. Castleford branch excellent service
This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from motorpoint but the 1st from the Castleford branch.
We received excellent customer service throughout the whole process.
Special Mention to Michal Rybak the young guy who conducted our handover on Xmas eve.
He assisted in all our dealings with the DVLA then gave us a full overview of all the upgrades on the onboard computer system which was really helpful.

Great from start to finish
The salesman was great from the beginning not pushy at all, unlike the previous place I'd been too.
I was allowed to test drive the car without a sales person in it, as this can be off putting to some people.
They offered me a very good part exchange price for my car, far better than a previous place I'd been too.
When I collected my car I saw a different sales person as it was the originals person's day off, but yet again he was a very nice man and very helpful.
