We recently purchased a nearly new car from motorpoint, fantastic price and excellent customer service and we love the car. All of the staff we dealt with were polite, friendly and not at all pushy. In Burnley Ashton had lots of advice around hybrids and the pros and cons etc, unfortunately they sold out of the car we liked and we ended up at Castleford where Charlotte dealt with us, she was professional whilst also friendly and made us feel relaxed, absolutely no pressure at any point which we have felt when visiting some car dealerships. Communication has been great and we enjoyed our motorpoint experience (3rd car from here now). Thank you!

I do not like buying cars. Taking the old one in to get it valued. Arranging the finance, insurance and tax.
But this time I felt as though all the stress was taken out of it.

No pushy sales staff
No pushy sales staff. I had time to browse at my leisure with plenty of staff around to ask if I had a question .
From choosing a car to test drive right through to collection everyone I encountered was friendly , and extremely helpful. Nathan dealt with my purchase and Michael oversaw my collection. Both showed amazing customer service, were more than happy to answer my questions and I genuinely felt that they appreciated my business.
