Buying a new car
Were friendly and not pushy and showed us where cars that we were interested in were
also big plus was they let us test drive car without being with us
This was a big help as my son took me to industrial Park so I could have a drive as I haven't drove an automatic car before so I felt more comfortable without a salesman being in car and that definitely made my decision to buy car

I was so impressed by the whole experience of buying a car at Motorpoint. The atmosphere in the showroom was so relaxed and comfortable. Not pressurised at all. I had had a very upsetting afternoon at Big Motoring World that nearly put me off buying a car from a similarly large showroom. I’m so glad it didn’t. I would 100% buy another car from here. Excellent Experience
Had a wonderful experience with Motorpoint Castleford. Filled out an online form to obtain a valuation and then made an appointment to attend on the 6th March. When we arrived was told that it would be 20-25 minutes for them to look around the vehicle to make sure everything was in order and in that allotted time the sales guy came back and advised us that everything was fine. Payment received a few hours later. Could ask for anymore and it was a pleasure doing business.
