Excellent Experience
Had a wonderful experience with Motorpoint Castleford. Filled out an online form to obtain a valuation and then made an appointment to attend on the 6th March. When we arrived was told that it would be 20-25 minutes for them to look around the vehicle to make sure everything was in order and in that allotted time the sales guy came back and advised us that everything was fine. Payment received a few hours later. Could ask for anymore and it was a pleasure doing business.

After looking for a Focus ST in just the right spec, I found it in the Peterbourough store but had it transported to my local store at Castleford.
On arrival we were met by Charlotte, who took us to the vehicle, handed the keys over and let us inspect it alone with no pressure at all, at test drive time we signed a form and then just went out for 30 mins to see how we like it, when we got back Charlotte sorted all the paperwork out very efficiently, and made the whole process dead easy.

Excellent once again
We have now bought four cars from Motorpoint Castleford. And we have not been disappointed on any of them. No pushy sales people , no " buy one now and save" tactics just good honest advice and information when you ask for it. And the team don't push if you say no they just move on. Excellent cars, excellent prices, excellent staff and if you see a car that you want at another of there branches they can get it for you. Ours this time came from Edinburgh. I can't find any fault with them but the biggest thing for me is no pushy salespeople.

Bad start, good finish.
My experience with the original booking was a bit of a disaster but they made it up when I arrived at the centre.only problem was that the second key had no battery.

From the simple website to booking an appointment it was totally stress free, at the appointment I was dealt with curtesey and pleasent sales force, they obviously had to check the vehicle and make sure it was how I described then they agreed the deal, I cannot fault them.
