Taylor, our salesman was lovely and made the experience a lot more smooth and enjoyable. For him being so new, he was so confident. I incurred a few issues in the process through my own fault but staff tried to help as much as possible and stay friendly and calm. The part ex and new finance was quick and easy. In and out within an hour. Would continue to use MP going forward. Only slight issue is there is a tyre pressure light on from day of purchase but was told it was because of the cold and it would go. Been 2 days and still on so far.

Second time round - excellent
Thanks to Simon, Motorpoint made good on the price guarantee. Things didn’t go well on the first visit and I was extremely disappointed, but once I escalated my concerns the sales manager did the right thing for which I’m extremely grateful. The drop off and handover of the car was seamless and the funds were in my account on 20 seconds. I would recommend dealing with the Motorpoint Coventry team. Thank you!!!

So I purchased a vehicle about 9 months ago from the Coventry dealership,everything was fine staff were brilliant originally, then I had a leak appear in the driver's footwell, called up motorpoint who's insurance advised me to go to Halfords, Halfords after 5 minutes of looking said it was the door, yet there was no water coming from the door, they advised me to take it back to where I purchased which of course was motorpoint, Called up motorpoint after being on the line for over an hour, explained the situation after numerous times of being put on hold, I was told that there is nothing they could do, A garage suggested there was water under the carpet and it looked like it had been there for a long time, I explained this to the lady on the call and her answer was, do you have proof it was there when you purchased it, WELL OBVIOUSLY NOT, I would not buy a new car and then begin to rip up the carpet to do checks, I am sure should have been done before selling. Just another example of companies caring, up until they get your money, absolutely shocking they could not even take a look or give any advice what to do. So if you do purchase a car from here, make sure you get that carpet up and do the checks yourself, because wants anything goes wrong you're on your own unfortunately, and yes I am aware my 6 month warranty was up, but I wasn't asking for a free fix, I was asking for customer care to actually care and help. Customer care until out of warranty.
