Thank you for a great experience when collecting my new car. I was greeted with a smile and offered a coffee, which made me feel welcome straight away.

The handover was very relaxed, with no pressure regarding aftersales products – which made a refreshing change compared to other car dealers.

I also really appreciated being able to leave the car safely until Monday. A special thank you to Ollie for kindly giving me a lift to the hotel – that was greatly appreciated.

The young man who dealt with our part exchange and purchase was very professional and calm. We had a few problems with the service history of our vehicle which was solved amicably. We were happy with settlement of our PCP agreement. We did not feel pressured into buying extra products associated with the purchase. Overall, all the staff at the showroom were very friendly and helpful.

I really like how they let you get on with looking at cars and are not following you around pushing for a sale.

First time I have had dealings with Motorpoint. Just sold my Mini Countryman to the Ipswich branch. Great service, Oliver was friendly and professional. They checked over the car and explained what they were checking for, how the process worked and I came away with a great price.

We hadn’t purchased a car from Motorpoint before, but we found one we liked at the Ipswich branch. We asked customer services if it could be delivered to our nearest store in Peterborough, but due to a delay with our chosen collection date, we decided to travel from Northampton to Ipswich instead.

On arrival, we were greeted by Ollie, who offered us a drink and asked if we’d like a test drive. We preferred that he drove, as we weren’t familiar with the area, and he was more than happy to oblige. His professionalism, friendly manner, and non-pushy approach made the entire buying process simple and stress-free.

Two star rating because this is the second car I have bought from Motorpoint and the its the second car that has had the panels drilled to fix a Motorpoint branded number plate. Drilling holes in the metal panel is an advantage for rust corrosion to take place before time and drilling holes in the plastic panels allows the number plate to flex and eventually fall off the vehicle. I find it so poor that your staff cannot perform simple measuring to fix number plates to the specific predrilled factory locations. The most recent purchase, the salesman was very helpful and it was a pleasure buying the vehicle, but technically your staff are performing damage to the cars your customers are buying, happy to supply photo’s of this damage.
