Excellent customer service at Sheffield
Having purchased a car, I was told the day before collection that there was a problem found during checks, and the car would have to go back to the dealership, as it was under warranty. In spite of this set back, the team could not have done more, providing a loan car and sourcing an equivalent car from another branch. Giving 5 stars mostly for the excellent customer service from the people I dealt with at Sheffield - Cameron and Lewis, who both took time and care to ensure that everything went well.

Great experience from start to finish
Highly recommend from start to finish. Wish we’d gone straight to the Sheffield branch and saved ourselves so much time. Really professional, helpful and not pushy.
