Thank you to Charlie Newton for helping me chose a car, arranging for the car to be transported from Glasgow and completing all the necessary documentation for me on collection. Very pleased with the customer service from all the staff at Stockton- on Tees. Cars immaculately displayed and able to look round without being pestered by sales persons.

I was undecided on whether to buy a manual or automatic, Geoff at the Stockton branch arranged for us to test drive both, went for a manual in the end. Car was prepped to a good standard and was available to drive away the same day if we wanted. The price was competitive. Pick up was quick and easy. The only minor issue is that I was unable to access motor points online portal so was unable to get my final invoice, I emailed Geoff for a paper copy but have not received one.

I came in unsure which car I wanted as my new one. Motorpoint had a wide selection, it helped me choose.
I was looked after really well by Ryan from start to finish during my purchase, drove away very happy.

Chloe Thomas in customer care is brilliant! Went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, and was very helpful and polite. Would recommend to others as the customer care was fantastic with Chloe.

Team were very helpful in finding the car I wanted. Raees, Brandon and the manager at the stockton branch were great.

Great service left alone to browse through all cars and when u need the staff there’s no wait they are there to help and advise u on your vehicle you are looking at more to the point felt no pressure into buying my car what so ever loads of different choices at a good price

Great visit to Stockton to pick up our car.
Brandon was excellent and patient with us when we moved the goalposts and bought a different car.
All the paperwork was sorted without delay .
All staff we spoke to were helpful.
Will definitely return when it's time for a change

2nd car I have bought from Motorpoint.
Staff were lovely especially Paige & Pearl, there was a problem with my online account I had my email hacked over a year ago so when I put the £199 down on the car to hold it all the information had gone to my hacked email and could not get access.
I did ask for this to be changed but it can't be done unfortunately, anyway Pearl and Paige sorted this out for me.
I do think the car should have been a bit more cleaner inside if I am honest and 12 months MOT should be out on all cars but I understand Motorpoint are not obliged to do this and 6 months was on my car.
Quick turnaround from holding the car to picking it up 3 days later and dashcam getting fitted very soon so all in all I had a good experience.

Very quick and efficient service. Highly recommended.

I was greeted as I walked through the door, the staff were amazing, I was unsure of which car I was looking for but I had a few ideas of what I didn’t want, the staff member helped me whittle down and sort through, I feel like I got the attention and then the car to suit me, I would definitely use these again
