Selling my car... Horrible Service
I went to sell my car as i was getting a company car. The manager that dealt with us was very rude and tried to knock off 700 pound for an issue that would have cost 120 at most to repair saying he was a mechanic... (not likely) they also wanted invoices for services making us feel he was questioning my service history. Also the customer service was bad. We waiting 30 mins before someone came to see us. While we waited for 30 min the staff were just chatting amongst themselves. Horrible experience we walked away and wont be back ever. I sold it to another well known company the day after with no issues, and for the price i wanted. Motorpoint Burnley

Absolutely fabulous customer service from Bailey Never felt pressured into anything No question was too daft. When I went to collect my car again fabulous customer service from Kyla Explained everything about the car again for me. Even topped my fuel up and brought ice cream (for everyone in that day)

Very pleasant experince in Motorpoint Glasgow. Salesman Ralph very friendly and helpful, able to provide us with all information on car I was viewing and bought. Was able to test drive vehicle on my own which helps. Was not initally happy with trade in price but came agreement with sales Manager that suited all parties.

The whole experience of buying a near brand new car was not only exciting from the start, but was made all the more pleasurable by the helpful and friendly sales people at Motorpoint. The car I bought is amazing 75 plate…
The car I bought is amazing 75 plate Peugot 5008. I've had a slight issue though, as a fault as occurred. However motorpoint is sorting this out for me, as it's a recall on the model I have bought. I was given a courtesy car from motor point as Peugeot would not give me one. Motor point are sorting getting the car to the dealer. The service I've received is spot on and I've no doubt the car will come back good as new. Outstanding service from the start. Well done.

I had a great experience at Oldbury, I found a car I liked, was able to test drive it, had all my questions answered and once I had made my decision was able to drive away the same day, which included a very fair part exchange. I was looking for a used car and went to motorpoint in Oldbury I met Jackie the salesman who was amazing throughout the whole process he was very friendly as was the rest of the team I had decided on a 2024 Toyota Aygo X and Jackie explained about the car and deals including the warranty available while a colleague told me about PSP scheme I was then offered a test drive and collected the car the next day so the whole experience was amazing and I would recommend Motorpoint to anyone
