No pushy salesman following our every move and when we did decide to buy Jai was brilliant have and will recommend Moterpoint to friends and family 👍
Everything was good but 2 points I would like to highlight.
1) There was a very small point out on the right front bumper. I asked one rep and he said that They would touch up the paint but the sales lady called someone and siad that it can not be done.
2) The least courtesy should be have paper floor mats to cover the shoes.
I bought an £11,500 car from Motorpoint and they didn't even wash the car and put even paper floor mats before delievering. They just wiped it down. I found this to be extremely unprofessional. Sales experience was good but these small things made me uneay.

Very Easy to purchase the vehicle love walking around cars without being pressured for the sales team and picked the car i want staff very helpful
Cheers
As soon as I picked up the car and took it back home I noticed the car had sum bits missing i went back and was told that was the way the car came in as this is dealer talk how don’t care after they take the money and I would never advise anyone to purchase a vehicle from Motorpoint
Sold my car to Motorpoint in Motherwell, I was offered an initial price based on the information. I was some was sceptical and even though I had an appointment to sell the car, I was prepared not to go through with the deal. Having previously dealt with WBAC, I expecting the same tactic - basically wanting a showroom condition car for the price they quoted. To be fair, Stuart at Motherwell was honest from the start and the price agreed was only a few £ less that the internet price and that was simply because of the additional miles.
The paperwork and handover was smooth and the money was in my bank within 15mins along with a confirmation from the DVLA to say I was no longer the registered keeper of the vehcle.
The customer service by this company after purchasing a car is a shambles, when purchasing the car i mentioned the same mark multiple times, after going back multiple times with paint work damage they would just buff it out and send me away but when I came back to make an official complaint apparently paint work damage is “within their standards” I’ve contacted multiple people within the Motorpoint company and had no reply from anyone. In future I’ll take my business elsewhere.
After having all the details checked manually, including the mileage, specifications, battery health and first registration we went to collect this MG ZS EV reg HW73NNB
We are lucky that we insisted on a copy of the battery health report - this was showing 87% not 95% which for a car just 2 years old is significant degradation and only 120 miles range showing when fully charged. They have relisted without updating the correct battery health. AVOID!
