I had to contact the company twice in regards to not receiving any shipping notifications, to find out the part wasn’t even in stock. The company were polite, and apologised, though I wasn’t offered any refund or store credit in having to wait over a month for my parts. I feel like if I didn’t chase it up, I wouldn’t have been notified at all.
