I purchased a van from Motovans and the customer service and support that’s been given has been very exceptional. The van came with a Warrenty which gave me a lot of peace of mind.

I recently came across an issue with the van and resolved it through motovans as I had the warranty, they arranged pick up of the van and re delivery back to me. A massive help to the team there.

This company and the ppl behind it are absolutely fantastic. Communication was 10/10, van was 10/10 I really would recommend these guys. Seriously they went above and beyond for me. Very happy customer

I recently dealt with Motovans, purchasing a vehicle through their site motovans.co.uk. Initially, everything seemed promising with quick and friendly service. The team was very knowledgeable and provided a smooth buying experience. However, I did encounter issues with the car after a few months, such as the air conditioning and some sensor problems. The team offered to help with repairs, but communication became difficult. Despite these challenges, their selection of vehicles is commendable, and I appreciate their initial assistance. Overall, I'd give them 4 stars for service and selection, but future buyers should be diligent about post-purchase checks.

I bought van from this company online it was as described services top level I had few issues customers service sort out all of them friendly you feel they are there for you

I give zero stars. I do not recommend buying any car or van from them. They were so nice and so fast to sell the car. I asked if I needed to be aware of any problems with the car as I need a good car for long distances for my work! They assured me the car is fine. When the insurance expires 5 months of driving the car stopped twice in the middle of the busy motorway! The aircon and blower didn't work from the beginning, the oil level sensor was faulty and didn't show the real fuel level, fuel pressure too low when the car starts, fuel level to low when car drives, so the car can stop any moment, automatic stop start car not working, pressure leaking in two front tires as the rims were broken and there is many more. The car mechanic said it was all just masked to quickly sell the car and now it will cost me a fortune to fix it!! When I informed them about those malfunctions and that the car completely stopped in the middle of the motorway and I was nearly hit by the lorry they told me not to panic!! The car stopped twice in the busy motorway and I should not panic! They offered help to fix it but then when I asked when they stopped replying. I have to pay for this car for the next 5 years and I cannot even drive it safely! The case is going to solicitors!
Don't buy any car or van from them if you don't want to have problems and additional costs to fix it.

We recently purchased a Ford Focus from Motovans in Harrow. Everything went really smoothly and Dawson was extremely helpful and organised with all the paperwork. He agreed to get the car serviced and valeted so when we picked it up it looked like new. I'd definitely recommend Motovans and Dawson to anyone looking at getting a good 2nd hand car or van.

I phoned Motovans about one of their vans and received a very polite response and fast appointment with Alan. Alan was very knowledgeable and explained everything very clearly for me. I drove away with the van on the very same day, I had some slight trouble with transferring funds but Alan was very patient with me. They have a great range of vans that are very well reconditioned where necessary and my van was very clean on collection. Alan even knocked a tanks worth of diesel off the asking price for me. I would highly recommend Motovans Bedford!

No pressure from start to finish. Welcomed an unaccompanied test drive. Had a great deal with Mr Alan, nothing was too much trouble.
Great warranty with my van and so far no hassle, im well happy. Mr Alan is a top bloke and i will happily go and see him when i need another van.
