I ordered a product from them that showed in stock online. I was charged as soon as my order went through. I received no communication from them until I threatened to do a chargeback.

I waited a few days, but never received an order confirmation after my order. It was total radio silence.

I contacted them through their chat and received no response. I left and voicemail and received no response.

I waited another few days and tried again. No response.

A week after my order, I sent an email and let them know I considered the transaction fraudulent and was going to do a chargeback.

Two days later, nine days after placing the order, I got an order confirmation and tracking number. No apology or explanation.

Avoid this site.

Was not disclosed on their website that they were closed for a week upon ordering and sending emails.

My order got back ordered due to supply issue with manufacturer. This in itself is not an issue however motowheels never told me this, I had to reach the manufacturer direct to find nd out. Motowheels took my money and when I email the only response I have received is that the order is “processing” I ordered the part 2 months ago now and still haven’t received any further communication from Motowheels.

I would not recommend this shop unless you only need your product 'eventually'. When I made my order I was sent an automatically generated email with no information on expected shipping or links to track shipping. A phone number is given, but nobody ever picks up or responds to your voicemails.

If you email to inquire about your order, you get an auto-reply thanking you for contacting them, but never an actual response.

I did eventually get my product, after a little over a month, but due to the lack of communication I would never order from them again.

I ordered a tank sealing kit for a motorcycle gas tank and that was a month ago. I had to call and leave a message wondering when my order will arrive, I got a call back a few Days later telling me my product was on back order.

Repeat customer. Quality aftermarket parts.

Never got my part and when I asked for a refund via email was ignored and talked to a person by phone and then nothing.

Never got what I ordered. Just about ready to complain.

Ordered some DBK carbon fiber parts for a Ducati Monster 937+. Motowheels was kindly able to hold a sale price for a few extra days when I purchased them. Items shipped in a reasonable amount of time, the finish and quality are very good and the fit so far has been spot on. I haven't fit all pieces yet but no reason to think I will have any issues.

this website is a scam, order never shipped. Tried emailing and calling no response. If you want to give your money away, please order from this fake company.

I placed a very expensive order (SC Project CR-T exhaust for Yamaha R1, Order No. 2215066) worth $1,711 USD, and it’s been over 6 weeks and I have received absolutely nothing.

I’ve called multiple times and no one ever answers. I also sent more than 10 emails and never got a single reply. The lack of communication is total, and it feels like they are deliberately ignoring customers.

A serious company does not operate this way. This feels like a complete scam: they take your money, never ship the product, and provide zero explanation.

If you are thinking about buying from this site, DON’T DO IT. Save yourself the money and the frustration.

Product (Andreani fork cartridges) received very quickly, and my email was answered promptly. Best price I could find online and free shipping, too.

Everything was just as expected. About to do business with them again.

Item arrive after a month. The person said at the beginning it would take at least 4 weeks which I was fine with it. After 4 weeks I sent a message asking about any news and the person had no idea about where the item was and when it will arrive.
Luckily arrived shortly after, but zero communication, zero knowledge about customer service.
Be aware

Never received order or updates, now I have to dispute with credit card company more wasted time.

The items I ordered never arrived and I am still waiting. When I ordered the items they showed as in stock at time of order now that has changed to on back order. When I attempted to make contact over the phone to get further assistance no one has answered.

Website was very easy to navigate. Lots of hard to find go-fast parts for older Ducati’s. Great prices and fast shipping. Will definitely use MotoWheels in the future on my Ducati builds.
