I ordered 2 DID master links and waited 2 weeks before inquiring about the order. I left two messages several days apart and never received a response. I disputed the charge with my bank and decided to call a third time. A friendly woman answered and said they didn’t have the part and were looking for it. She refunded my order within a few days. Why are they selling parts they don’t even have? I should have read the reviews of MotoWheels before ordering. Not getting a response is apparently a common thing with them. Won’t be buying from them again. 2 stars seems generous, but they did give me my money back.

Bike was clean, in fine condition and fully fueled. Easy check in, and was on my way. Needed to return bike in evening and owner said no problem. I would recommend this program and this owner.

Good service, fast shipping

Ordered mirrors for my bike that the site said would fit my bike. It took 4 weeks to get the package. Just for the mirrors not to fit. No answer on phone line and no response to the now 4 emails ive sent. This company seems to be a sham. Still jave yet to hear back k about how to return and get a refund. Worst company on the internet. 👎👎

I ordered coils. They were supposed to come yesterday or today. They didn’t come. They were on tracking. Said they were on Philadelphia yesterday morning and would be here yesterday. They still didn’t come today. Could you check where they are at from your end. If unable send me a new order of two coils. I have no phone number to call you. Part came in and looked good. Went to finally install it on my buddys bike this weekend and it leaks. It leaks bad at the hose nipple. Sucks but at least we had to original and it wasn't the cause of the leak. Tried saving money and got let down. Just buy an oem one.

I spoke with the owner last night in depth about a clutch issue on my Ducati 1098 and he was extremely helpful in helping me troubleshoot my problem. I didn’t even buy the clutch from him.
I found the receipt and just gave him a call.
I will definitely be using his shop in the future.

They said 4-6 weeks and my exhaust arrived in 4 weeks, super easy installation and the sound? Damnnn. I’m so happy with my purchase.

Well, it's been over a month and I have not received my order or heard anything from motowheels. Unfortunately, cannot recommend them and this will probably be my one and only order from them.

Ordered and received no notification that it was not a stocked product and would take an extended time to receive. 10/10 would have ordered elsewhere had I known

If I could give 0 stars I would. Please read the fine print before doing business with this company. After waiting days for my order status to change, a representative reached out to me to tell me there was a pricing error on their website and I would have to pay an additional $378 for my order! This is a classic scam site that baits you with a low price and then tells you they are happy to ship the item for an additional fee. That’s no way to do business. After reaching out to others, it seems this is common practice for them. Buyer beware! You will not get the item you paid for at the price you think you are paying. They even use the same excuse with others. “Oh we have a new employee that didn’t know how to enter the correct information”. Shady, dishonest company.
You would think that’s bad enough, but the story gets better. After waiting more than a week without getting the refund I was promised due to the “pricing error”, I contact motowheels to ask where my money is. They say, we’ve thought it over and we will honor the original price. Ok…I’ll bite, that’s all I wanted in the first place, so I agree. Again, several days go by, and to my surprise, my money is refunded. No communication, no anything, just a refund on my credit card. A few days later, I’m contacted to say they need my credit card again, that they messed up the transaction somehow. Enough is enough, this company could not have found more ways to screw this up if they tried. Check the reviews, I wish I had beforehand. Lesson learned. Do not do business with motowheels.

Great price, quick ship, but no communication after order was made.

Items purchased were needed and they had them. Disappointed that no tracking was available or asked if I would like one. Package came with one side corner top to bottom of the cardboard box was open, maybe wrap the cardboard box with tape which would prevent the side corners of box from coming apart. Everything was in the box that I ordered. Great stuff. This shop has lots of parts for different motorcycles which is great.

Gave it a four stars just because of how long it takes to get deliver..But overall good will purchase against.
