RIP OFF!!
I called to cancel and request a refund (cartpanda is the only contact). I was informed that since my order was confirmed (which it was not on the site) I could not cancel. But instead they could instead offer me 35% refund. I argued that I wanted 100% refund. She then said she could offer me her employee authorized refund of 50% and I could still receive and keep the product. I mean WTF?!?!

Does not work! Called customer service and they said it takes 2-3 months that puts you out of the 60 days! They will do nothing for you do not buy it please! They pray on people and make tons of money for flavored syrup!

I've been taking the prescribed drops for two weeks with no results. No weight loss, no appetite suppressant. I hate myself for failing for this scam.

I used the product, exactly as specified, for a month and had no weight loss at all. The original order shorted me the "free" bottle, so on receiving it, it turns out they sent another brand, Banana Drops. It has the exact same ingredients! However, the advertised six ingredients that are so special to the formula are not among the ingredients listed on the bottle (except for the grape seed extract). So you are not getting what you paid for.

Just starting to try to get refund so we'll see how that goes. Where did you find a phone number? I just have an email address.

Do not waste your money. I feel like an idiot. Bought 6 bottles then the additonal 10 + 2. Only got 6 and the rest were never shipped. They would only give me 100% refund on what wasn't shipped. If I wanted to return the 5 unopened (1 I opened to try) it woukd be restocking fee of 15% plus pay for shipping. This product does not work and the company is a bunch of scammers. If it's too good to be true it definitely is a scam.

After seeing a video claiming money back guarantee, and being told the product was not sold in stores or on Amazon, I thought I would try it. I had added it to my cart, but got busy doing something else and hadn’t checked out yet. Within 2 hours I had 43 phone calls from all over the U.S. trying to sell me the product. I stupidly finally caved just to make the calls stop. After ordering, I did find that the exact same product IS sold at Walmart for a fraction of the price. I immediately called and tried unsuccessfully to cancel the order. But after I informed the woman at customer service that the video they put out lied about where this product could be purchased, and how much cheaper you can find it, she immediately refunded my money, and told me to go ahead and keep the product once it arrived. Whether it works or not, if a company has to literally beg you to the point of insanity, stay far, far away!

I'm trying to returned the unopened box but customer service says there is a 15% restocking fee plus I pay postage on top of that. So it's about $100 to return this product. Such a fool and how ridiculous for restocking and I have to pay for shipping. This feels like someone stole from me with a promise that they could help me.

WHEN I CALLED BACK THEY SAID THE RESTOCKING FEE WAS 20% AND THEY CHARGE FOR THE USED BOTTLE. SERIOUSLY!! DO THEY NOT KNOW WHAT A MONEY BACK GUARANTEE IS?? WHAT AN ABSOLUTE RIPOFF!! ORIGINAL CHARGE WAS $294 REFUND $210. PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR BS!

Please do not order this product, it doesn't work. Also, they give you a 60 day money back guarantee which is on their web page but when you return the item, they charge a restocking fee. The first time I called, it was 10%, now it is 15%. When I questioned it, the person I spoke to ( Michelle) she stated that the person must have been new. Even though I sent back the order along with the RMA number, I had to call them back to give them the tracking number. After they receive the order back, you have to follow up on your refund. I have filed a dispute with my credit card so they will no longer speak to me. It's a total scam.

This product is a scam. It is missing critical ingredients for weight loss. Shame on me for not doing the researching!

This product does not to a thing for weight loss. I bought the 6 bottles, and after using the first one actually gained weight. I've called their customer service # several times leaving detailed messages, and have not received a call back. I'm trying to return for a refund, but not having any luck.

It’s a scam. Paid for 1 bottle and when I opened the box, it was empty. Reached out for a refund and no one even acknowledged my email.

Total scam. Not even answering their phones now. Was given a return Auth number late last week and told to call them with the tracking number. Just given an answering machine. Website I was given does not exist. I just wasted hard earned money. Pleas don't fall for there scam. Just go talk to your doctor for help.

I ordered direct from commercial on 11/22/24 - arrived 12/13/24, No results at all - requested return on 1/17/2025 (within 60 days), they emailed back and for until outside return date, then said sorry we cannot refund. Reports to Consumer Groups and Attorney General as fraudulent.

COMPLETE BULLSHIT. YOU WILL ACTUALLY GAIN WEIGHT INSTANTLY! I GAINED 10 IBS IN A MONTH. ALSO THEY WILL CHARGE YOYR CARD OVER AND OVER AGAIN! THE WEBSITE IS GONE AND SO IS EVERYTHING CONNECTED TO IT. CALLED MY BANK FOR FRAUD AND THEY HAVE MY BACK.

When you call that many times I know it is a scam’

If I could leave a less then 0 BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! I have been completely ripped off! 300.00 stolen I never received any product. I ordered they text me I admitted I was having second thoughts and boom now no response and no product to even try with 300.00 just gone!

I placed an order for Mounja Burn (ever hopeful their claim for weight loss would bear true).

After receiving confirmation of the order, I began receiving multiple (ad nauseum) emails advising me about Mounja Burn for which the header and the person advocating for this product was not Mounja Burn, but BANANA DROPS, and "Michael - Banana Drops Team"

As I had a horrific customer service experience with Banana Drops, I decided to NOT open the carton and called the company. I was able to reach someone in customer service by phone today. They are unwilling to accept a return of the Mounja Burn: I should keep it and they will refund my purchase 1/2 price.

They are unable to do anything for me RE: Banana Drops, since it is beyond the 60 days. I explained again I was in contact with them well within the 60 day limit, but multiple emails were not returned. I was not able to reach anyone by phone. (there was no automated phone attendent, as there was today) the phone rang and rang each time I tried to reach them, to no avail.

According to their customer service I am totally OUT any money I "invested" in their product.

Stupidly bought 6 bottles for about $300. Before 60 days was up I asked to return 4 unopened bottles. I was offered 50% back IF I KEEP THEM AND SHARE THEM WITH A FRIEND. I took it, because I would receive less after the 15% restocking fee and my added shipping. I thought I had checked the reviews....obviously the fake ones. Geez.... at least I got 50% back.

This product is the biggest scam. I usually don’t go for these things, but when I saw the 60 day moneyback guarantee, I felt more comfortable. I have never in my life had this happen. They took $$512 telling me I can’t get it back and are not standing by their guarantee. When I keep calling back, they hang up on me when they find out my account. Does anyone know how to do something about this?
