I've been using this for the last month, and it hasn't done a thing, actually, I've gained 2 lbs since using it!!!! Please Please do not waste your money on this product. Going to try and get a refund on it but will see how that goes. I only have 10lbs to lose, so now I have 12lbs.

I tried the product for about a week, however, I developed severe stomach cramps and therefore couldn't tolerate it. They guaranteed a refund within 60 days, no questions asked. I made numerous attempts to contact customer service by email and telephone beginning on January 15th. It took about
two weeks to reach a live person finally. He gave me an RMA# and said that I had to take the product to the post office, provide them with the RMA number, and they would print out a return shipping label. I asked if I had to pay the shipping cost, and he said no. The post office would print out the label once I gave them the RMA#. I had to pay $19.95 shipping for the return. I waited for some form of communication that the returned product had been received but that never happened. Once I confirmed they had received the product, I had to call back for them to issue my refund. They charged me a 15% restocking fee which I don't remember seeing in the video or on my receipt and refused to refund the cost of the return shipping. This was one of the absolute worst experiences I've ever had!!!

I ordered 6 bottles of MounjaBurn. I used it for 3 days and had to stop as I broke out in a rash and itching, which cleared up after I stopped using it. I emailed the company to request a Return Authorization and return address, and stated I wanted a full refund, ($294). After waiting 3 days I received an email from them trying to get me to keep the product and accept a 30% refund. I answered that i did not want the product and wanted a full refund. I received another email from them offering me 50% refund and I could give the drops to someone else. I again stated that I wanted to return them for a full refund. Next I received a call from their customer service telling me that I would have to pay shipping—which I figured would be the case—AND a 15% restocking fee. That information is not listed on their ads or website. That’s a large amount of money to place a product back on a shelf, and they don’t tell customers in advance. The ad reads, “Full refund for any reason in 60 days.” They have done everything they can to discourage me from returning their product. Very dishonest, poor customer service. BEWARE!

Doesn't work and gives me a huge headache. CANNOT find a phone number to inquire about a return. I've contacted 'customer support' via email 3x with no response. Can anyone help with contact information?

If I could give a negative five I would about Mounjaburn! They charged my account $30 more than the product stated. One bottle was $59 and they charged my $91. I hadn't approved the purchase and got a million texts and calls to finish but they charged my account anyway. I called their customer service and they will only issue a 50% refund of $41 and they pocketed $41 for nothing! Received no product! They are a huge SCAM do not order from MOUNJABURN! I probably wont even see that refund!

Hello I agree with all of the points from this portal. I tried to cancel order but they said it was to late. Then it gets here and the packaging was so bad that I had some broken bottles. Then tried one bottle and just did not like how I felt. Called to return it there is a restock fee so no 100% guarantee.
Save your money and don't buy. !!!!

The 60 day money back guarantee starts from the date of the purchase. Even if it takes three weeks to get the product, that doesn't matter. The 60 day money back guarantee is a crock. I ordered my production on December 4, 2024. Today, February 4, I started the refund process and was told that they count 60 days from the date of purchase and NOT when you actually receive your product. For exampled, I received my product on December 17 so I thought I was well within the 60 days to get a refund for this garbage. Nope. In other words they really don't have a 60 day money back guarantee. I really wish I would have looked at reviews before throwing away that much money.

Wish 0 stars was an option! Tried to request a refund and they will not provide a return address to ship a return. Contacted them and they string you along but never provide info where to send defective product and so when the 60 days is past then you are ghosted and left with a box of wasted $$.

This company is a scam. Shortly after placing my order the spokesperson made a comment you need to take for at least 6 months or you could gain the weight back and more. The I immediately received a call about ordering more product. I tried to cancel on the spot, they said once order ws placed they could not cancel. After contacting them about a return the advised there was a 15% restocking fee, therefore their pledge of 100% money back return is false. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

The drops did not work for me. I received a call asking me about the product I stated I wanted to return what's left a get a refund. Never received the free gifts promised or the app for support. Never received the email with the return labels. The customer service number they provide has no record of my purchase. I want my money back and can't get the correct number for the company. Feel totally scammed and very unhappy. I want my money back!!

Second, if you can’t reach them, or can’t get your problem rectified, the charges can be disputed with your bank or credit card company.

They are trying to rip me off and I don’t think they are finished yet. I have sent my 5 unopened bottles back (purchased 12/24/24) at a cost of $12 and change. They claim they will deduct a 10% re-stocking fee and $49 for the cost of the one bottle I opened and therefore couldn’t return. I told them from the start I was not satisfied with this as they advertised a 60 day refund policy and the words “risk free” are also used in the ad, which I was smart enough to screenshot. I have repeatedly called and asked to speak with a Supervisor, am always told there’s none there, or they are busy and will call me back by 9pm. Never get the call. I was originally instructed to send them back and call with the tracking number which I did today. Was then told they’re not interested in the tracking number until I track it and see they received the package. I should then call them with the tracking number and they will then process my refund. After reading these reviews I’m not hopeful I’ll get even what they told me. I see many are being told it’s a 15% re-stocking fee. I was told 10. I have a feeling when I try to call back no one will answer. If that’s the case I will have to dispute it through my bank and also notify the Attorney General’s office and probably the Postmaster General.

If I could provide a rating lower than one star, I would. Unfortunately, I never received the product. Due to a family bereavement, I failed to notice its absence until after the 60-day refund window had closed. Despite contacting the company within three days of this deadline, I was informed that I was ineligible for a refund. As a result, the company has retained both my payment and their product. I intend to dispute this transaction with my bank.

I had the same issue as Elizabeth. Started to order but stopped to go out & look for reviews. Thankfully I stopped but immediately started receiving calls & texts ALL NIGHT. I blocked every text & call and told them I will be reporting the company to the Attorney General. They are relentless and all numbers are spoofed to appear as a local number.

This product does not do as it says. I have taken it for 5 days and have not lost even as ounce. People who do this to others have no conscience. They just in it for the money not to help others with their weight lost problem. I will continue it for a month to see if anything happens however I think this may be another scam. People taking advantage of other people for their own personal gain. They ought to be ashamed of themselves.

Don't waste your time!!! It's a huge scam! I used it for 30 days and nothing. I had taken Mounjoro and that works. This shit does nothing. They lie when they say money-back guarantee. Nope, after you pay a restocking fee and shipping. Trust me, no one will buy, so why are you charging me a restocking fee. First, they said there was a 10% restocking fee; then after 4 emails back and forth of responses of them offering discounts on the six bottles of junk and me declining all the offers, they changed the restocking fee to 15%!! shut up I feel so stupid. The last email was the information I copied and pasted so everyone could see just how low they were offering for all five bottles that were left. It doesn't work why would I want to keep it?

I knew better than to buy into this shit, and I took a chance, never again. I'm definitely reporting this all to BBB & social media. Because this shouldn't be allowed for them to sell and scam people out of their money.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I followed the directions exactly for over one month and not one pound came off, not even a few ounces. This product is a total scam. I’m sorry I fell for it. Do yourself a favor and save your money.
