Great products, but for some reason I couldn't use my £5 reward on their website...

since I placed my order with this company (product received ok) my mailbox has been, and still is, inundated with junk mail offering all kind of products, from sexy Russian girls to Viagra, penis enlargement, slimming products, vitamins, but also cheap loans and 'freebies'. I'm thinking of closing that email account, it's a disgrace!

The range of products offered is absolutely excellent and the fact that they offer herbs without alcohol is the best bit! Now ive found them I will continue to make my purchases from them. To make the service even better I would just advise that they check email regularly as I did have a question before i ordered that didnt get answered. I understand this time of year they are very busy but to quickly respond to enquiries by email would infact improve sales! Thank you

I bought some tablets of agnus cactus and they are really good. Delivery was really fast.

I was drawn to the fact that this company use natural non-irradiated materials as far as possible with minimal processing... I am using the St. John's wort and am very happy with the product... Only gripe is that the company don't send any info on contra-indications which is very important for this type of medicine.

The products at Mountain Fresh are reasonably good (although the last bottle of Marshmallow Root alcohol free tincture I bought tasted a bit funny).
I've just bought some of their plain marshmallow root tea bags to try, but haven't used them yet so I can't comment.
The offer for £5 off my first order from their web site was good.
There are some issues though : the web site is poorly designed and doesn't function very well. It is very difficult to navigate and difficult to find products. Also, some of the products they sell on Ebay & Amazon couldn't be found on their own web site, which is odd.
It's a lot easier to buy their products through Ebay or Amazon, but then you don't get the reward points and discounts.
The pipette bottles used for the alcohol free tinctures aren't right for this product - the tincture is very thick so the pipette doesn't really work. I gave up using it and just poured the liquid out onto a teaspoon instead. It would be better in a normal bottle with the doses given in teaspoons, or fractions of teaspoons.

I was very satisfied with my purchase - the whole transaction was easy and quick.

Whilst my initial order came through quite quickly, when I contacted the sales/info line on the UK number stated on their website between the hours of 9-4 on several occasions to exchange an item there was no answer. After trying a couple of days later the answering machine kicked in, in a foreign language.....no idea which language. I emailed the sales and info email address 10 days ago, and as I write I still haven't had a response. I eventually did get hold of someone yesterday to chase my order placed 9 days ago, I was told it wasn't processed by them as they had no record of my payment being received by them. Funny that.....as my bank account clearly shows a debit from account and states the date, amount and the name of the company the payment was made to - Abor Vita Ltd. They clearly have an internal accounting problem. It would have been nice for them to contact me to let me know there was a problem with my order instead of leaving me hanging and in turn having to chase to find out what is going on. This is the first time I have used this company, needless to say, I am very reluctant to use them moving forward. I would rather pay a few quid more and get better service. It's true what they say, you get what you pay for.
