Delighted with my bench and the speedy delivery.

We are delighted with our bistro patio set and already own the matching garden bench also purchased at Mouse and Manor. Mouse and Manor are a great company to deal with, geniune products, competitively priced with a quick free delivery, a brilliant experience all-round. Thank you.

I ordered garden furniture from this co because they claimed to have the items in stock. When my order was processed, I was advised that there had been an error and that this was no longer the case. I was offered free seat pads as compensation and a new delivery date 2 months later. The Co website continued to claim that these items were in stock.”last 2 remaining”.

I heard no more from Mouse and Manor but when the date had passed, I asked when my goods would arrive and was given a new date of end of Aug.
This was very disappointing as the garden furniture would not now be used. However, no one could by now supply more quickly.
In September I contacted Mouse and Manor and was told that. The co. Supplying this furniture were expecting it by beginning of Sept. I didn’t hear and had to chase up again.
There was a problem when it was eventually delivered to the wrong address. This last issue was not the fault of Mouse and Manor, but had they informed me of the delivery I would have been able to track my goods more quickly.

Not only is the product great looking and of the highest quality, the customer service is impeccable. Tobias always responds to our emails immediately and answers any queries that we may have. Chimenea was delivered in good time and well packaged. Very sturdy and looks good. Would buy from them again

The fire pit arrived very promptly and was exactly as described. Excellent price too.

The Company contacted me,as the colour I ordered wasn't available till June.

Delivered on time with no fuss. Paul text to say he was in the area but waited around until it was convenient. He then helped me into the house and was extremely pleasant.

Bought metal bench and bistro set. Both items very good quality. Folding mechanisms on bistro set very smooth and bench legs fold in/out for storage with socket to keep in place. I am so pleased with them. Customer service was excellent and goods arrived very quickly via one of the best couriers. Items were well packed and in perfect condition. Would recommend with reservation.
