Very impressed with the complete experience. Great choice of products. Ease of ordering and account set up. Speedy delivery. Finally an excellent product.

First order was delayed but arrived eventually and the cheese is so good I have had 2 deliveries since then with no problems.

The cheeses are particularly creamy and come in a great selection of flavours. Initially we received some as a gift but now they're on our regular shop! They come well packaged with their own chill packs, very well priced too compared to their competitors - delicious can and will recommend!

Good choice of products although some hamper items might not have been available.
The only issue is the inadequacy of timely order tracking, although the delivery was actually on time

Be careful when placing an order with this company once placed you cannot contact customer service or anyone for that matter phone or email completely ignore, I placed an order on the 11th September and still no cheese or contact with comany 2nd October BUT THEY HAVE MY MONEY, BEWARE BEWARE

Happy now. We can all buy as guests, thank you for listening to my comments. 😀All I want is to put in an order but I'm asked to create an account first. I don't want an account, I just wanted to buy a gift hamper as a 'guest'. ☹️

Took a week before order was despatched, no communication to tell me when picked or likely delivery date. Good long dates on cheese received. Have had the cheese before so expect they’ll be good. However, lack of communication in these days of up-to-date information is disappointing

Plain and simply this isn’t cheese as you know it. The worst I’ve experience ever.
Received a small hamper of theirs from a client.
The hamper contained 3 cheeses (if you can call it cheese), Garlic & Chive Cheddar, Finest Vintage and one I threw out before deciding to leave a review.
Within the hamper a tiny jar of Tracklements Caramelised Onion Marmalade & Peter’s Yard Rye & Charcoal Crackers plus I think The Fine Cheese Co Rosemary, Olive Oil Crackers.
Threw away the first cheese along with the Garlic & Chive both were this congealed mass of yuk.
As a cheese lover I’m doing you a favor just step away from this company, truly awful cheese ( not sure you can label what their selling cheese ).

I love Mouse House cheeses. Always look great on a buffet table at functions etc.
Had a minor hiccup with a recent order in that a brand new flavour had not made it off the production line in time to fulfil my order as was suggested. Would have liked to have been informed of this and had to chase my missing order.
That said, a great deal of effort was put into correcting and delivering my order within 24 hours.
Mouse House saved the day as my order was indeed for a family function! Thank you!

Their cheese is great.A very good selection . Some had long dates, some a few weeks.
But customer interaction is very poor. No email was sent to say it’s been dispatched. No tracking number email either. Quick to send advertising emails though!

Once again, excellent service and a great choice of cheeses. A brilliant idea for a gift. Will definitely use Mouse House again.

Excellent. Bought 6 truckles as on special offer, all different. Probably not a clever thing to do when you're dieting but I'm trying to be good. I have so far tried G&T (could have more botanicals in my opinion) and lemon cheesecake. Lemon cheesecake is to DIE FOR.
Marie in customer services is lovely;, a fellow cheeseaholic like me! I love the fact that the cheeses are vegetarian too.
One point to raise - the postage labels are batch printed so the date on the label is unlikely to be the date they are sent. Delivery is in 24 hrs and this confused me somewhat but everything was resolved to my satisfaction quickly.

Ordered some cheeses for a gift . Arrived Monday , on opening the box was wet and sticky . One of the cheeses wax was split . Also on the invoice 3 cheeses said use by march . Have contacted them by email and messenger on the arrival of the box and now Wednesday still no reply . They state how they are extremely good at customer service and their response time . Still waiting . So firstly I am now at the point do I just not eat these cheeses and let it be a learning kerb . But I spent a lot of money so really disappointed . Wanted to edit the post as I have just heard from the cheese company by phone and a replacement is being sent so I will change the star rating to reflect this . Thank you for getting back to me .

Ordered 2 sets of four cheeses as gifts. Two of the cheeses had a date of 22/02/2025 on them. Contacted Mouse House and they sent replacements for the cheeses which were delivered next day. Excellent customer service, and lovely cheese.

My first purchase was as a Gift for friends who loved it, I’ve since ordered for myself, love the Vintage Cheddar, so creamy and tasty, delivered quickly by Royal Mail but no tracking which is disappointing.

I've made a few orders over a couple of years and it's always been an excellent experience.
I love the variety of cheese, some truly lovely flavours. Very good pricing too.
The cheese generally has a good long life.

A couple of times when I've ordered lucky dip mystery selections, I've asked to not have a certain flavour included and my request has always been followed. Thanks very much.

This company is Excellent!

The pros for this company: Massive selection of the most amazing cheeses, incredible deals (10 barrels for £20), ordering is simple and quick, order arrives well packaged and with a little ice block to keep everything cool and have never had to wait more than 48 hours from ordering to delivery.

The cons for this company: The products are so amazing, I now have a cheese problem!

Lovely cheese. But terribly let down by delivery and communication. Orders sent by Royal Mail with no notification or tracking details. Orders taking almost two weeks to arrive and sent with inadequate chill packs. With the delivery taking three to four days to arrive after dispatch in hot weather there cheese is likely to be in poor condition when it arrives.
