The screen protector on my Note 10+ was slowly showing signs of wear, as it was in 2019 when I had the protector newly fitted at the Bullring in Birmingham.

The Bullring branch had relocated to Touchwood in Solihull. I spoke with the sole worker called Owais and at that time, he had to deal with two customers on his own. He looked at mine and said it looks like it is a warranty job and asked if I was OK to pay a £12 labour charge. I was fine about that.

He carried out the job diligently and with great care towards my phone. He was good to have apologised for keeping me waiting for longer than expected due to him handling the other customers. I did not expect it but he also apologised for having to use his phone to type out messages as he admitted his handwriting wasn't good. I smiled and reassured him all was fine with me knowing that retail workers doesn't get respected by customers these days.

Owais may be relatively new, but he is a credit to the company for his conduct and interaction with me despite communication difficulties, me being deaf.

Overall, a happy experience and a happy customer.

Walked past the kiosk in the metro centre and had a chat with Kieran. I was very sceptical but he was pleasant and helpful. After thinking about it for a while I decided to go for it. Expensive I thought, but it does look good. The real test will come in the future to see if this product works and protects my phone as claimed.

Don’t be fooled the product does not work. You will end up wasting your money for a thin plastic material. Plastic will not protect your phone 🤌🏼

Probably have half a dozen phones and watches covered over the past few years. My last watch, the screen came off as I put my jumper on. I went back to the stand with my receipt but, because I hadn’t kept the cover, it wasn’t covered by the warranty.
Obviously they don’t tell you that when you buy it!!

On to my second cover in 6 months. Gave it a go again after the first one failed as I thought it may be a one off problem, now the second one has failed after 3 months. I'm not willing to pay another 12 quid for a replacement. I did try to ask them to waive the £12 after the first failure but they're adamant the £12 fee must be paid.

One of the worst products in the price bracket I have used and I came across many working from the telecommunications industry.
I have spent £60 as I liked the look of my phone and did not want to cover it with the traditional case. I was assured by the sales person that the additional case was not required unless I tend to drop the phone frequently and wanted to protect the corners. That’s already a contradiction to what’s being advertised.
The case started to peel off within days but I was not able to come to the centre straight away as I could not travel. When I got here today I was told that I would have to pay £12 labour cost!!! This is ridiculous!
Correct me if I’m wrong but doesn’t the warranty supposed to cover material and cost for at least 12 months?
Do not use the product as there are other more superior product that cost less.

Difficult fit to accommodate a specialist case for an iPad Magic Keyboard. Alex sorted me out without any issue. Lovely person and absolute pleasure to deal with. Couldn’t do enough to help me out. I’ll be back for a style skin for the keyboard when available.

Fantastic item via Mobile Outfitters mobile. I enquired at around midday, and by 5pm Ray fro Mo on Wheels had been and fitted my new clear coat. Lovely design and product, and I feel protected from bumps and scratches!

The first screen cover I had fitted was on a former phone at the Samsung Store in Oxford Street by Mobile Outfitters in 2020. The product was so good I had a further one fitted to my current phone by a guy named Ram. Cant thank him enough as he went out of his way to complete a my order the problem not being his fault. Will use the company again. Thank you .

I cannot recommend the service i received from Omar in Solihull highly enough helpful polite and courteous a great ambassador for the business. The product though expensive around 150 for my iphone is reliable and protects the phone this is the 4th phone i have protected this way.
Additionally when i contacted the HO i got a call back within an hour great company.

Bronwyn at your Metrocentre stand was nothing but courteous and helpful in sorting my iPad out. Exceptionally good fit and very clear and concise with everything the product had to offer and the guarantee backing it up. Please pass on my thanks as she was totally class.

Avoid, complete rip off. £45 to cover phone, peeled off a week later, replaced then peeled off again. They say ‘lifetime warranty’ & refused to refund. Bought a cover from Amazon instead for £4 & it’s lasted longer.

I had my phone screen protector fitted by a lovely man named Ram at Lakeside shopping centre in Essex. This is the second time I have gone to this company and have been pleased with both of my visits. The people are kind and they do a good job. Definitely recommend. Thank you

Absolute rip off merchants. Do not under any circumstances use these scammers. First of all the stuff doesnt work for lobeger than a few weeks, and they lie about replacing the stickers. After being closed for nearly a year, they wouldnt do a replacement because i didnt keep the ripped plastic. Even though they recognise me from previous, also have me on the system. They blame small print even though we were told that as long as its the same phone as was on the system there would be no issues. The owners and managers wont even speak to you and leace kids onthe stand waving the small print about.

I took my s10e mobile phone down to the metro centre mobile outfitters kiosk to get my phone wrap as I had on my previous device. I was served by member staff called Bronwyn who installed my clear coat screen protector on my phone for me as it didn't take long to do. She was very helpful and service was spot on . I would definitely recommend mobile outfitters

It's unfortunate I had to click on at least one star to write this review. Should be zero.
I would have expected that if I paid £50 for a thin piece of plastic, it would at least be a robust piece of plastic.
Despite being "professionally fitted" it lifted from the phone within weeks. And no, their advice to just press it back on was not a solution that lasted more than an hour.
Don't be fooled by the lifetime warranty. To get a service call, which unless you live close to only a couple of stores in the whole UK, means a mobile service, will cost you £24 (not the £12 they tell you when you first purchase).
This is the first time I've experienced a product and service bad enough to warrant a TrustPilot review, and the person I spoke to on the phone seemed to have the same conversation well rehearsed, so I'm clearly not the only one to be caught this way.
Avoid!
PS. Just noticed all the 5 star reviews seem to be from people who have just got their product fitted...not people who have had it for any length of time.

I had really bad experience with their full body protectors what they call fusion I took the full body protection for my iphone which costs 68 jd for screen and back protector they call it self healing and life time guarantee,...but none of it is true if you need to replace they charge you, I went for them more than 4 time and they changed my screen protector because it’s full of scratches and bubbles which is not acceptable for the amount I spent 68 jds,
They know it’s their fault they told me the update is bad but what’s my problem in the end they downgraded my screen protector for what they call original and cheaper I accepted it because I’m done complaining.
I’m just reviewing it here so no one will be in the same situation that I’m in

If this product could be improved it would help to make it self healing as they advertise it. Also the adhesive could be stronger to prevent peeling. I feel the customer service could be improved by having an effective way of helping customers hold their independent retailers to account when things go wrong. Neds to be priced to compete with much cheaper self fit solutions
