Do not buy from this outlet the product is a very thin plastic it peels off after a few days make sure you keep the material or they won't refund you one big scam , manager never there and hides behind his staff

Got suckered into getting the full wrap done. Was told it would be 5-10 mins. 30 mins later I was told they weren't happy with one of the corners so took it off and redid it.Time will tell if I made the right choice or not. Reading some of the previous reviews, I am doubtfull.

I took my iphone12 to metrocentre kiosk. I was served by Bronwyn, she was very informative and helpful and did a great job with my phone.

Useless , had my phone wrapped it fell off in a week went back to have it ready done and it had fallen off before I even got home .

Now blocked me on Facebook so I can’t comment on posts and ignore emails .

I had my iphone 11wrapped yeterday 22/10/2020 at the metro centre excelent job by Bronwyn was told that theres a life time gaurentee with the wrap then when i went to pick it back up was told that if anything happens that i would have to pay for the labouer which was not metioned before hand so really there is no life time gaurantee as the laboure cost is exspensive kep away just another con

Just had a rewrap carried out by Kieron at Gateshead Metrocentre and I just need to say how professional he was, even as I stood waiting he took his time to ensure the job was carried out to the highest standard

Zero stars... i paid £60 for full protection to find i have peeling and bubbles and so this was replaced then found i had what looked like burn marks and bubbles and so i emailed and requested a refund on their awful product and service and have been completely ignored for months now. Please keep your money and do not waste it on this terrible company.

I have my Samsung S10+ wrapped at Oxford Street by David. Very friendly and professional. Takes about 15 minutes, all good. It is very important the finger print works with the product they use. Very happy.

Im going to be honest and say that they don’t like replacing a product at the Trafford Centre but with a bit of persuasion and reference to the wording of the guarantee they sort it out. Used them a few times now and the latest was the fusion kit at £160 on a brand new iPhone max pro. Was going along and literally it landed on its face on hard concrete. This stuff worked and not a mark on my handset. So hats off to the designer. This could have been a terriblly expensive day !!!

Had at least 4 phones wrapped by them. Slight problem once, rectified with basic £10 cost as advertised. Going to get new phone wrapped asap. Never had a problem with them at Meadowhall Sheffield. Can only speak as I find.

This company do not honour their no quibble warranty and provide a substandard product. Avoid.

I got my Samsung Galaxy Note 10+5G and Limited Edition Nintendo Switch Lite Full Body protection done by clear-coat at the braehead branch and they never let me down in any way. They always take extra care of my stuff and also excellent customer service.

Visited the Lakeside stall recently, good product but I was served by a guy named Kayo who was very pushy. I wanted the original product and he kept pushing and pushing for the more expensive one. It was borderline offensive and intimidating.

I went 2 the Trafford Centre and paid £60 for a sticky film and my screen still broke after 4 weeks so buyers beware the screen protectors are chinese junk

Went to Lakeside Thurrock as i wanted to protect my phone from scratches, breakages. Ram was so helpful and talked me through what it entailed, what my options were. Excellent customer service.

I have been using the matt cover on my phones previously, it has been great, no fingerprints and great protection to the phone. This time i brought it on my brand new samsung S20 in Lakeside shopping centre and also first time i was getting a fusion bumper as well. The staff was very helpful and extremely friendly, Ram was helping and he explained everything I needed to know and was giving me advice on what to choose for my phone. Very good experience, definitely will go back to buy other products.
