I have used mobile outfitters for all my mobile phones, each time I have been very happy, and if I have had a problem they are more than happy to fix it for me. I've have recommended them to both family and friends, and even they are a bit pricey, I wouldn't go anywhere else. I've used both their skins and screen protections. Excellent

I took photos of my peeled off screen cover the day after it peeled off and sent it to the customer service (It actually started peeling about 3 hours after it was freshly applied), i read reviews of other people who had the same problem of a faulty screen protector.They never refunded me and expected me to come all the way back to their only oxford street branch to get it replaced...after failing on several promises o refunding within 14 days. It hadn't even been 24 hours. I was travelling that week so couldn't, but i'm writing another review about this situation having returned from my travels because they made no effort to rectify the situation and i can't get over how some shops can con people just for money.I just wanted a screen protector not months of hassle and failed promises and rubbish assurances. its the most senseless and stupidest service ever. Do not go to the mobile outfitters stand in the Samsung shop on oxford high street. In fact don't go to and branch anywhere else. There probably aren't too many branches because of how rubbish and conning and stupid their services/rules are. But still, avoid at all costs.

I got my phone done in Manchester at trafford center. They provided great service and my phone was also handled with great care.This product has saved my phone many many times with no scratches or cracks to any part of my phone. I got the fusion full body combo. I totally recommend this product and is so worthwhile for your money

I attended the Manchester concession and the staff member dropped my phone and covered his hand over the damage when he presented it to me. I later noticed it after I took it out the pouch. After two months of emailing the company they refused to compensate me and I will never use their company again.

I had my iPhone 11 done in Newcastle with Clear-Coat full-body scratch protection and a Fusion bumper and I LOVE IT!

I'm always dropping my phone and have never failed to smash the screen on every iPhone I've owned so was looking for something that would stop me from damaging my new one. I was a bit sceptical at first but the staff were really friendly, talked me through the process and how it works and so I decided to go for it.

Good job I did as not too long later, I dropped my phone while getting out of the car onto concrete. Now the last time I did that I smashed my phone screen but this time it was completely fine - not even a scratch on the screen!

Would highly recommend!

Decided to get my old OnePlus 5t skinned to give it a new lease of life and what can I say! Loads of styles to choose from, I went for the gorgeous grey carbon effect and it definitely made it feel desirable again. It's been on for a month and shows zero sign of coming off any time soon so I don't doubt it's reliability. The staff at the Newcastle store were super friendly and professional too. 10/10 all round ☝️

I have a iPhone 11 pro max and had went for the gel cover. I had got a matt back protector which was £5 extra and all come to £65. I was very hesitant paying this when I could just go on eBay and buy a screen protector for £2.50. I had got this done and it was the best decision I made. You can actually feel the quality and you can feel the safety on my phone. You can have it so you can wear cases on your phone or to surround your phone. I had got it cut to size to fit around my case. After having an issue (Mo Outfitters Non Related) I went back and Mobile Outfitters helped me straight away within the 14 day period and even replaced me screen gel. Would highly recommend this place as it has saved my phone.

I believe i was the 1st Samsung S20 customer getting a wrap on release day. David @ Intu Trafford didn't let the pressure get to him and did a fabulous job. 10/10 for service and quality of finish. Highly recommend!

Mobile outfitters at Braehead

Have used these guys for years and always found the product and service best on the market, was in for a warranty claim 20 minutes before they shut and jonlee was still very positive and helpful despite I am sure just wanting to get finished. Still took time to chat and run though the product warranty etc.

Great service can’t fault it as usual.

Keep up the great service and as always a really great product.

Dawid at Braehead was such a nice bloke and did a fantastic job of my s10 screen protector replacement. Can'y falt the service or these products

MR Ramdn in Samsung Oxford street is professional and patient to the customers I like his behaviour and the way communicates with customers and help them in the best way.

The screen peeled off after 3 weeks. Im not paying him to put it on wrong again. Id rather pay full price for someone who knows what there doing. Dont use Mobile Outfitter The Centre MK Milton Keynes.

I went to mobile outfitters in braehead and the customer service from Jonlee was absolutely amazing what a guy he made sure I was happy with the service he spoke me through every step he was doing he was telling you jokes and was able to have a good conversation and was also asking how my day was going keep the good work up Jonlee your the employee that the company are looking for well done

I went to Mobile Outfitters in Eldon Square to have my I Phone X re covered under the warranty, as it had been on for over a year and was starting to look a little shabby as I use the phone both for work and personal so it had had a fair amount of use
Dan greeted me like an old friend and removed the cover showing me that the phone was still brand new underneath the cover ( I got the phone covered as soon as I bought it as I had had previous ones done) he told me to pop back in half an hour and it would be ready.
Upon returning the phone was done and looked again just like brand new phone
I would normally upgrade every 2 years but as this phone is as good as the day I bought it I have opted for a sim only contract which saves me about £70 a month all due to a plastic cover!!
