Amazing service, went in to have a quick chat about property stock and Kostas was super helpful

Kostas from the Prenton Office and Antony from the Heswall Office have both been extremely helpful and accommodating throughout our first time buying process 😀 From the 1st viewing up until and after picking up the keys only after 6 weeks, they have both been on hand to help us navigate the journey and with such friendly demeanor and professionalism. Whilst also navigating a stressful personal journey as well, both Kostas and Antony have been supportive and nothing was too much trouble for either of them. We wish you all the best and will find it hard to compare the seamless journey we have experienced should we ever find ourselves going through the process again. Absolutely amazing ❤️

I had an excellent experience selling and buying a house with Move Residential. Rob K was the reason I went with this company over the other estate agents around, and I was not disappointed. He did everything he said he would do which was really important to me. I felt like there was trust and no bullsh*t with him. He seemed to really care about me as a customer and really helped me through each stage. Anthony was also amazing as he supported me through the process. I would highly recommend Move Res, specifically because of these 2 people.

I sold a property through Move Residential and was very disappointed with the service.

They were on a fixed price commission and leant heavily on me to accept a lowball offer from the first person who had viewed the property on the first day of viewings, which I had to be very firm in refusing.

Once an acceptable offer had been agreed, they unfortunately persuaded the buyer to use their "preferred solicitor". Anyone who has watched the documentaries on this practice can imagine how that went.

Move Residential subsequently did little or nothing to manage the sale process through. I did not receive any pro-active contact from them. When I tried to contact them, I found it extremely difficult to get through and more often than not, they did not reply to phone messages, texts or emails.

In the end, I gave up trying to communicate with them and just paid my solicitor for the work they had to do chasing and managing the process.

Left 4 messages for them over a week on Rightmove asking to view a house. Couldn't be bothered responding to any of them.

Our first experience with move residential was not what we were promised. They mixed up viewings, booked our second viewing into the bungalow across the street. I hade to chance up feedback on a viewing and only then did they notice their wrong doing.
The branch manager also failed to complete our formal complaint. Still to this date I have not had any feedback in regards to it.

Once we had moved on to the sales progression team. Antony was amazing. Chasing up our long chain, finding out information to keep all other agent in different properties on track. He must of been sick of the phone calls off us, trying to get a move in date. Eventually he managed to get everything in a line and complete for us. Luckily Antony salvaged our experience, so we would give him the 4 stars. We thank you.

While I have experienced a difficult process due to the inconsistency of my buyers, Move Residential staff, particularly Antony, have been exemplary. They have consistently kept me updated and gone over and above to ensure that I had the best possibility of securing a sale. While this didn't work out for me this time as the property I was purchasing fell through and I have taken my property off the market, I will definitely use Move Residential when I am ready to sell again.

Sales progression following acceptance of an offer was excellent

What a complete shambles of an estate agent, spoke to them 2 days about viewing house in Liverpool, after the 3rd degree from them and saying they would need a guarantor as well( I'm a full time nurse on £26000 year) we made arrangements view today, she knew I lived in st Helens, waited 15 minutes, no one arrived, rang them and they said the property, with sorry or explanation why I wasn't informed as on looking at the property the pictures where manipulated as the house inside and out was a sh^$#hole. Terrible service. Terrible staff and a waste of fuel and time. DO NOT USE 😡😡😡

I had a great experience with Move Residential, with Kostas overseeing the sale of my property. It was marketed very well, and within the first week of launch we had around 25 viewings and 3 different parties offering on the property. Kostas managed communication so well with the interested parties and myself, leading to a final agreed sale which was well over asking price. It was a quick and easy process from start to finish.

I can’t thank the team at Move Residential enough for all their help with the sale of my house so far. From the very beginning, they’ve been friendly, professional, and incredibly proactive in making sure everything has progressed smoothly.

A special mention has to go to Rob Kalitkin, the senior sales advisor, who has been outstanding throughout. Rob went above and beyond to offer support and advice—even taking the time to help me on his day off. That level of dedication has made such a difference and really reassured me during what can be a stressful process.

I booked a valuation for my property having spoken to move residentials mortgage advisor... Rob Kalikin the senior valuer who i had the appointment with was absolutely outstanding! From the moment Rob came into my property until the moment he left he was very friendly and reassuring. Brilliant sense of humour!!! :) Could not recommend enough, no questions went unanswered he was extremely professional and thorough. Was over the moon with the end result and what the property had been valued at, cant wait to continue my journey with the move residential team!!

We sold the family home, having been recommended Move Residential in Allerton. From the valuation visit it was clear to see they knew the local market, what was achievable, given realistic time scales. They kept us informed on every step, and took care of the viewings. A very good service overall from Move Residential during our recent house purchase. As with all property transactions there were a few minor complications and delays early in the process and these were all dealt with professionally after some initial chasing.
The service from our sales progressor Antony was exceptional (5 star +) once our offer had been accepted he worked tirelessly to ensure we were able to complete our purchase on the required date. Thanks Antony!

I had received a letter from Move Residential, stating they could find a buyer for my home in 8 weeks. Having tried 2 other estate agents, I decided to go with Move Residential.
I put my house up for sale in the first week of January 2025 and by the 9th March 2025, I accepted an offer on my house.
Antony who I mainly dealt with was brilliant, he kept me updated, he helped me when needed.
I'd recommend Move Residential to anyone living in Wirral, I am pleased I decided to put my house up for sale with them. The process of putting my house on the market to completion was 12 weeks.

I cannot fault Antony Holden from the Heswell branch. In fact he was an absolute legend throughout the process. We purchased our new home through Move Residentail and Antony literally guided us every step of the way. Our buyers had issues with their solicitors their mortgage amendments and if it wasn’t for Antony we wouldn’t have understood what was happening. Antony made the process stress free and literally cared. He is an asset to the company and I could not fault him one bit.

We completed on 18th June (finally) and when we got the call from Antony that we had completed the excitement in his voice was lovely to hear, again so emphatic for us throughout.

They were always available, it was easy to contact them. They gave brilliant advice and when we were bidding on properties they were quickly trying to help us. Our house sold fast so we didn’t need additional support in selling but the assistance of getting the chain over the line and completing was brilliant. I would recommend both Liam and Antony.
