Outstanding Service from Start to Finish

From the initial phone call, it was clear this is a well established and professional company. Unlike others I contacted, who sounded like they were answering while on another job, these guys were organized and proactive. They asked for clear videos of the access at both ends, which showed great forward planning.

On the day, they arrived in clean, modern vans, both team members in uniform, polite and clearly happy to help. Their van was specially modified to lift the spa, which shows they have invested in the right equipment to do the job properly.

They fully wrapped the spa, handled it with care, and positioned it exactly where I wanted it. Could not have asked for more , excellent job all round!

Our hot tub was badly damaged either during the move or in storage. No responsibility has been taken by the company who have been exceptionally dismissive. They ignore emails and phone calls before finally sending an email to say they have no interest in the matter. We have been left with a hot tub that doesn’t work and we are having to get it repaired at our own cost. Never again! Please, please be extremely wary of this company…

Move your spa made light work of moving my tub from Birmingham to ebbw vale.mal and Simon were very professional and helpful.I would highly recommend these two guys.

Lee and Rich were amazing and got a very large and heavy hot tub into a tight space and gave me some really helpful advice on care and running. I would definitely recommend and have them back for servicing etc. Thank you so much.

Having been let down by a previous company, I have to say that MoveYourSpa were so helpful from start to finish and noticeably more professional and competent.
Kylie handled the coordination and booking really well and on the day Rich and Josh were excellent. So helpful and efficient. We required a crane to remove the hot tub from the collection address and I was really stressing about that but MoveYourSpa coordinated it all and it was so smooth and stress free on the day. Communication was good too. Would recommend these guys to everyone.

We contacted moveyourspa to help us get a hot tub from 3 miles away to our home. From the start they were helpful, professional and ensured we knew how the process worked. When it came to the hot tub being moved, it was the hottest day of the year and the guys had had a tough day. Malaki and Simon turned up with a smile on their face and were friendly and polite. They listened to where we needed the hot tub to go and gave us some helpful tips and advice. Would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. Worth every penny.

Communication throughout was good until on the day they said it was so tight the collection end they wanted me to sign a disclaimer in case it got scratched. They sent 2 people Mal and Simon, unfortunately the previous owner had to remove bricks and guttering to get it out I believe he helped due to the tight access.no scratches though and after being stuck in traffic for some time on a hot summers day they were still happy and smiling. Thank you only thing I would mention if you have to have it lifted into the garden it does come at an additional cost.
