I thought the ad is good and shows them actually wearing the shirts, that facebook ad really works, it convinced me to make the purchase, and here is the problem, I paid for the purchase immediately recieved the usps shipping label was created and is waiting to ship.....PROBLEM WAS; TOOK 10 DAYS LATER TO SHIP OUT, and of course I went to reviews and saw the negative reviews and thought for sure I was going to have to fight to dispute the charge or whatever it took to get my $ back from them (stressed and disgusted) then when I least suspected..tha package shipped... Im getting it in 2 days

Never received my order. Bank reimbursed me after I disputed the transaction.

I have pretty much the same experience as the rest of the reviewers here. Only half of my order arrived. I’ve emailed 3 times with no response. Also asked to return some items and also no response. Has anyone here managed to get their money back?

This company is not what is seems.
They have zero infrastructure and the owner, Jacob Moshinsky, is a scam artist with an active criminal case against his predatory behaviour with the elderly.

Don’t waste your time with MoviWear

This is a SCAM and a half! I ordered merchandise in January 2021 emailed multiple times and got the generic responses that everyone else has referred to. I asked for a refund or fulfillment of my order but it’s June 2022 and I’m out $160! Please do not order from this company unless you want to get ripped off! I attempted to report it to the BBB but didn’t have any success with that either. Certainly wish I had seen this page before I’d been taken advantage of by Movi. 😡

Scam. I’ve been totally treated for a fool. Do not touch this company.

I was also scammed. Back in March I placed an order for items totaling over $60 and I never received a shipping update. I emailed and the first two times I received an automated response with no actual help, they simply said they were backed up on orders. They now are "remodeling" their website? Don't waste your money here.

Looks like I'm here to report the same as everyone else. Ordered back in March 2021, emailed multiple times asking about the order status. Would receive a generic response that they were "looking into it" and that they were extremely busy. Finally when I started sending emails asking for a refund I received no response at all.

This has been the most horrible experience. I ordered my active wear in April 2021 and have not received the product. I have reached out to customer service monthly and cannot get a valid answer on where my order is or my refund. This website is fraudulent and will be reported to the BBB.

I ordered back in June of 2021, guess what after I ordered there website went down for maintenance and a email popped up saying if you need anything please email us. I’ve emailed three times and I received an automated message the first time, the other two nothing. It’s almost September and I haven’t heard anything back or received the merchandise i ordered. This is honestly the worst review I’ve ever made and I hate doing it but I believe people should be aware that you won’t get anything from these guys.

This is a scam! I ordered in March and wrote emails many, many times with no real help. I was always either told they would "look into it" or didn't get an answer at all. Never order from this web page! I'm out 500 DKK and haven't received anything yet (in August).

Same as everyone else. Ordered in March and we are in august. Nothing received. Just like everyone else I tried emailing many times and get same auto generated email. I am suing them in small courts. Thieves!

The lies on top of lies is insane. Never got anything. Ordered in April. Tried getting my money back.. for nothing. They promised my money back and that they sent the case to the economy department. That was months ago. They answer months between and last time I got a response they said they sent my items. No tracking number or anything just pure lies

SCAM SCAM SCAM…If I could give them 0 stare I would!I ordered two workout outfits back in March and I have not received anything from Movi, every time I email them they give me the same generated email saying they are so backed up. It’s all a lie…DO NOT ORDER from this company.

In the same boat as everyone else here. I wish I had checked them on TrustPilot before making an order. It's been 2 months now and they don't reply my emails and deleted my IG comment (and now comments are switched off completely).
Also, note that all the positive reviews were made on the same day by posters who have only made 1 review. It's clearly fake and should be taken down

My god! I see all these reviews and I am also in the same boat. Ordered my products May of this year and it is now July! Message them over again every week get the same auto reply of “due to high demand..” bull story. I mean.. how are they getting away with this? Taking so many peoples hard earned money. I could have ordered the same fits off Instagram and received my things by now. THEY NEED TO BE SUED! Last time I ever trust a product based off of “Allure” or any beauty blog. This is a disaster.

It's a Scam. Orderd in dec 2020 and still havent gotten my items. Mailed the maybe 15 times but they just say that they will fix it, or any other excuse.

Do not order from here. Ordered 2 pairs of leggings 3 months ago and nothing has arrived yet. Tried to contact them many times and no response. The money has been taken out of my account. Don't know what to do. Horrible service

Ordered since Dec 2020, still not received anything. Emailed request for a refund, no replies. I lost 70 euros on my order.
