Total scam, never sent the item and then said they had no record of an order from my email.

I replied to their confirmation email ...

Total scam company, ordered retractable hiking stick, Never arrived . No customer service terrible

Ordered two Multi-Functional Hiking Safety Tools and a Ice silk face protection cycling hood.
Received the hood it is a $1.50 item not $26 item that was advertised. Have had several emails back and forth about the Safety Tools and each time they give me a different tracking number The last one says it has been delivered if it was it was not to me. Avoid this mob they are scammer's and fraudsters!!!!!!
They took me for $80.

You order one thing a sper their advertisement, they send you something else totally wrongly and very cheap and then claim you can't ship the item.back nor is their any way of refund

Paid for my item was great communication however the item is about 1800 kilometers away and now they claimed it's been delivered and I refusing to help they've sent me to tracking numbers and told me to go to the post office which I've done twice. And the post office advise me they don't have tracking numbers like that.

I ordered what was supposed to be 2 “retractable” ratchet straps. They sent 1 regular ratchet strap, NOT even retractable. Back and forth with this scam co. they kept saying their shipping dept says it is the correct product. Numerous emails with pics of what it was supposed to be and even their original ad and the best they would offer is a $10 refund which I settled on because they just kept saying the order was correct. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BAIT AND SWITCH CO.

I did not receive what I ordered. When I contacted them with pictures or the wrong product and a screenshot of my confirmation showing what I should have received, their comment was basically "The warehouse says they shipped the right thing". When I replied back that they obviously didn't they restated the same comment and offered a $3 discount. The product I ordered was $40 for 2 and what they sent me I could have bought at Harbor Freight for less than $10 for 2.

Ordered 4 retractable ratchet straps but didn't receive that, I received 1 ratchet straps, they said they will give me $6 back, I don't think so, I disputed the charge with my credit card company, THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

Do not trust this company. It took over a month for my order to arrive. Then, when I opened the box, the item was not what I ordered. I notified Triumphty, providing very clear and unequivocal photo evidence of the error. Their response was "we checked with our shipping department and they confirmed the order was correct." After several iterations of email exchange, they still refused to acknowledge the error. I've since given up.

I ordered from an ad they ran for "Self Ratcheting Tie Down Straps". I ordered 2, paid them just over $49.00. They sent me regular cheap tie down straps like you can buy at Walmart, 2 for $9.99. I have given them every opportunity possible, provided them pictures and receipts and they will not send me what I ordered or refund my money! I believe they did this on purpose and are SCAMMING people with false advertising! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!

terrible ordered retractabel straps received a non retractabel strap nothing like advertised. Let them know they tried to say it was what was in the picture?! Went back to hten numerous times said they would give me 2 usd for the inconvienance!
Scam stay clear of this company

Scam company. Ratchet is nothing like advertised complain and they offer a$4 refund. Do not buy refer to your credit card company for refund and trading standards

I’d give 0 stars if possible. Like everyone else, this company is a scam. I ordered the 4 pack Rhino ratchet straps and it took 6 weeks to arrive. When I got it it was one flimsy strap and not retractable nor rhino. Same thing as others, when I reached out to customer service they said they were on vacation and had to wait 7 days. Them I sent another email and they said they could refund me $7 so I guess I got more back than the others. I told them they were a joke and I was going to go to each item they sold and write a bad review.

Same story as others. Ordered 4 retractable ratchet straps, got one in the mail, wrong color, cheap strap. Finally got $6 refund, but I paid $25. Took over a month to get. Customer service email is a joke. Stay away.

They are bulk shipping from outside the US, Romania in my case, to a site in the US. Then the larger package is broken down and shipped across the country with these fake straps. Giving a 1/4 refund, and making lots of money. Mad I fell for it, but at least I can warn others.

I ordered 4 pack of retractable ratchet straps, it took 1 month to ship, it was the wrong order when i received it. It was the wrong strap and only received one of them. When I emailed support they said I would have to wait 7 days because they're on vacation. I've worked online e-commerce and a refund literally takes 2 minutes to do.

After going back and forth they agreed to $5 refund which still isn't worth the headache and the full price I paid for it. Terrible experience. STAY FAR AWAY.

Exactly the same story as all of these other reviews. I ordered 2x retractable ratchet straps. When I received the order it was only one “normal” non retractable strap. I reached out to the company and they told me the right items were sent, but would I like $4 US as compensation.
This company is a joke, stay away from them

Stay far away from triumphty.com. I bought a set of 4 belt tensioners for $27 and received 1 cheap China belt tensioner. They claim I got what I bought even though I sent them the receipt for the purchase and a picture of what I received. But they just wanted to know if I wanted $2 as some kind of compensation. Scam company.

Same complaint as everyone else. We ordered self retracting ratchet straps and received basic ratchet straps 6 weeks later. Then they ask for pictures of the packaging that they sent so their warehouse team can verify the correct products were sent. Received an email saying the warehouse team verified the correct products were sent and if we want we can send that back at our expense which they also stated might be expensive. The company is a complete scam.

After buying a product then sent the wrong product and now want me to pay to return it complete scamm stay clear. They will not send out the product I have ordered.

Same situation as previous review. I ordered (2) 4 pack retractable straps and received 2(total) basic ratchet straps.
