Scam company!!!

This bs company is a scam plz do not order anything from this website.
As all the other reviews on here say.
They send a cheap ratchet strap and not the nice retractable ones that you are ordering.
They want you to send a picture of a fake qr code to them that is on the package. My phone will not pick it up.
HUGE SCAM THEY SHOULD BE SUED AND SHUT DOWN

Like many on this site, I ordered a 4 pack of retractable truck straps; instead I was sent 1 cheaply made non-retractable strap. The company offered an unsuitable method of recourse.

Ordered a four pack of self adjusting ratchet straps and received 1 cheap non-adjusting strap (almost 1 month later). I reached out and told them I didn't receive what I ordered and they argued and said it was what I ordered and offered me $4. I told them it was false advertising and they offered me $7. The last correspondence I had with them was for me to pay to ship the cheap strap back to China or take $11. SO FRUSTRATING AND ILLEGAL AND WRONG!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I would give this company zero stars if I could. They sell very poor quality items at high prices and will not work with the customer at all. Horrible experience!

I ordered self adjusting ratchet straps. They sent some off brand strap that wasn't the same as advertised. They refused to give me a refund and offered me $4. Do Not purchase from this company.

EVERYONE DISPUTE CHARGES WITH YOUR BANK! THATS THE ONLY WAY I GOT MY MONEY BACK. Purchased from this website after seeing an ad on Facebook. First, they charged me 25-30% over what my receipt said. I reached out and they replied “this was a system error and we will refund the over charge.” I ordered a four pack of self adjusting ratchet straps but received one single off brand ratchet strap in no sort of packaging. Just a strap in a bubble envelope. Company approved a refund through PayPal but said I must spend my own money shipping item to china. The return address on shipment I received was from Texas, tracking says it came from Ireland but they want me to ship to china?

Very comfortable and stylish casual shoe. I vascillate between regular and wide shoes and find the regular wide enough for me. This would not be great for narrow foot.

Color matched my top I had bought separately perfect. Great length and fit.

Excellent comfort, quality and durability. I got them on sale $29.99 which just made them even better. Would buy these again for my hard-playing kids for sure.

My 21 year old daughter is 5'7", and this dark blue in a medium fits her perfectly, while looking completely adorable (but she wants to think that she is elegant and she is that too). She liked the fabric in the dark blue, which suits the swiss dot design. The frills and ruffles are suitable for someone under 30, I think, and the flowy fabric makes it nice for summer heat while still looking nice. The blouse is well-made. It is also reasonably priced, and shipped fast.

It should be 0 stars actually. Been over a month since I ordered and my order supposedly been sent out for shipping. And it has not been delivered as of date 28 August 2023.No assistance with any inquiries regarding my order/parcel. Absolutely nothing. Scam, fraudulent and theft is being performed by Triumphty and their actions or rather lack there of to assist after they've received payment and even confirmed payment support, underline and highlight that illegal activities are performed and executed by Triumphty. Triumphty ignore also my request for a full refund, since they did not deliver on their promise or anything at all. Triumphty is a failure as a deliverer and as a respected company.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS RIP OFF COMPANY!
If there was a way to give them negative stars, I'd do it. I had a similar experience as the other reviewers. Took weeks to get the 2 'st bernard' toy dogs I ordered and when they finally came, one didn't work. Their customer service email is a joke. They offered $4 - which seems to be their scammy way of handling returns - and then wished me a good day. It was a waste of money, the product is CHEAP China crap, and the customer service is a complete joke. I guess it's my own fault for buying anything direct from these scammers. I'll stick to Amazon from now on. They back their products and returns are easy!

This company is not reliable and should be barred from selling on the internet.
We ordered two 'granddaughter' bracelets at a total cost of $49.15USD. When they arrived, we immediately saw that they were of inferior quality. I sent emails to their "customer service" (that's a laugh) email address, requesting a prepaid postage label and a full refund to our credit card.
I received a response suggesting that we find someone else who might be able to use the bracelets, and that returning the items would be at my expense, mailed to China!
After sending another request for the mailing label and the refund, I got a response offering 'compensation' of $4USD!!!
Again I responded and got a new 'compensation' offer of $8USD!!!
My 4th response was answered with the return address to China (no prepaid postage label), a final MAXIMUM 'compensation' offer of $8USD, and a reminder that shipping the items back to China would be quite costly to me.
I have NEVER dealt with a company that does not offer full refunds and prepaid return postage labels when a customer is not satisfied with a product.
Fortunately, my bank is now looking into the dispute.
Do yourself a HUGE favor and stay away from "triumphtyUK' !!!

Not sure how Trustpilot gives them 2.5 stars. They have two 1 star reviews, which average 1 star.

I ordered these on December 5. They took my money that day, and did not put them into shipping for two weeks! I wrote to say never mind, they're too late, I no longer have a need for them. They did not care that they waited two weeks to even start shipment. They think as long as they get them to you e..v..e..n..t..u..a..l..l..y..., whenever it suits them, whenever it works best for them, you should really like that. They kept writing back to tell me to just be patient, as if those cheap words make up for their not starting shipment for two weeks. If they were out of stock, they should have said so up front. If the shipment started in a country with lousy shipping methods, they should mention that up front. The package return says it was shipped by "Jane" in NJ. No way does a package from NJ take 3½ weeks to get to the middle of the US . It's more likely the package came on a row boat from China after getting from the factory to the coast of China on a three-legged donkey. And these people have no idea what integrity or quality service mean, probably because they come from a culture with no idea what either term means. Their website says they offer the fastest shipping possible, but putting my order into the shipping process two weeks later...that's just getting the shipping started... is not the fastest shipping possible. Their website says they take returns, but they refused to tell me how to return them when I asked several times (although they do tell you you can't return your package to "Jane" in New Jersey). I've trashed the gloves I no longer had a need for by the time these people got them to me. NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! If you want an item, look and see if either Walmart of Amazon carry it, where at least you have some recourse (don't count on PayPal) if they turn out to be a crummy company.
