I ordered from them before with no…

I ordered from them before with no issue, however this time around they haven't even shipped my order and its been almost a months time. If I can't get a refund out of them I plan to go through my bank to get the refund like some others did. I'm very sad about this but I could really use the money for other things at this point.

I wish I could give zero stars

I wish I could give zero stars.

Ordered on 12/27/2020, almost $200 worth of items. Did not receive shipping information literally ever. About a month after I placed the order I reached out for an update. Some generic COVID response hit my inbox shortly after. Then two more weeks had gone by after I had specifically asked the date my items would be shipped. No reply. I emailed again and at that point received an auto-response that stated the email address was no longer in use. I reached out to my bank last week to request they step in to assist with a refund and sent the “company” another message that I reported the funds that were stolen from me by them. No response from them at this point but my bank came in clutch with the refund. For all struggling with this horrendous nonsense - stop playing the waiting game and call your bank, they will help you and it’s a very painless process to get refunded!

What a scam

What a scam! I've never felt so screwed by a company before. My order was placed 01/17/2021 and still haven't received it. I've been ignored by customer service as well. There is no place to track your shipping on their website so no one knows where my package is. Do not buy Movi Activewear!

I have had a horrendous experience with this company they have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with they have taken my money and I have nothing to show for it.

I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN I REALLY THINK ON A WELL KNOWN PLATFORM SICH AS INSTAGRAM THEY SHOULD NOT BE ADVERTISING SUCH A HORRENDOUS COMPANY

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

I would literally give less stars if I could. Listen to all of these bad reviews. The good ones have to be fake. I ordered 40 days ago and the tracking has said “shipped” since January 3rd. It is now February 4th and I have recieved nothing. Not only that, but there has been no update as to where the hell my items are. I’ve emailed their support about 8 times and have received 1 email back, saying I should get my package about 5-9 days after shipping. Well that’s funny because she said that 17 days after my package was shipped! They lie about their timing, don’t answer emails, the customer service is absolutely horrid, and you likely won’t get your clothing if you order from here. It’s a waste of money and I want a refund. There is a reason for their “amazing 70% off flash sale” it’s because they SUCK and their stuff is way overpriced. I’m so glad I got my items for cheaper than the “original price” because I would probably sue this damn company if I spent 10$ more for this. I will NEVER be purchasing again and I HIGHLY recommend you order from Gym-shark where it’s a good deal for great quality, and arrives 4 days after you place the order. UGH I wish I read reviews before ordering. BIG MISTAKE. Such a SCAM!!!!

I ordered a set of their overpriced…

I ordered a set of their overpriced activewear, thinking I'd treat myself to something high quality. Turns out, I'll never know, because I ordered on 9/18/20 and have yet to receive anything. They don't send email updates, either. I have sent numerous emails, to which I always get a canned, automated response that they're working on it. COVID would not be to blame for them taking nearly $100 3 months ago and not sending what I ordered. I have asked several times for them to cancel and refund, but I only get the same response, to the effect of "we're working on it, thank you for your patience." Never any true human response, no acknowledgement of what I've written. They had a sale a few weeks after my first order, and since I didn't know yet how terrible they are, I ordered again. Oddly, I got that order. Two sports bras that completely flatten D cups, and are heavy as hell. The customer service is worse than Comcast! It's amazing they are allowed to be in business, taking people's money and not sending orders. The product, it turns out, isn't even worth it. Now they say the product is with the courier (heard that before) and that it is beyond their cancellation period!!! They have held my $91 for THREE MONTHS!! It is not my fault they never sent my order, but they refuse to refund because it's beyond their cancellation period?!? DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

If I could give them half a star or…

If I could give them half a star or less I would. Customer service has been horrible. I placed an order on September 18 and after many emails I still have not received a helpful response with a status.
I spent almost $100 dollars and no one has taken the time to help with making this better or trying to give me tracking or a status. Just that they are switching warehouses. Okay well this should not interfere with your customers orders. People work hard to buy their items . I need my money refunded ASAP

Absolutely horrendous customer service

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Not only do they lie about their shipping times, their guest service email people are nightmares. I’ve literally been waiting a month for a stupid shirt that their website guarantees they ship out next day. Uhhh hello? Where’s my dang shirt? They’re rude and unprofessional and literally the worst company I’ve ever worked with

This company is a joke

This company is a joke. I am pissed off, I placed an order for well over $100 16 days ago, I am still waiting for the shipping confirmation. I emailed them 4 times and this morning they sent me an email saying “ MOVI Activewear: Hello Myrline,

We have been trying to reach you. One or more of the items you ordered was a $10 clearance final sale item. We had some issues with the seams on these items and we don't want to ship you something that isn't lovely.

The items were:

Best Activewear

I love the way these fit, they don't slip and the hide everything even in the deepest squat. I will pick these over my Gymsharks, my Better Bodies, my Lulu's. You name it. These are just better.

I would give them zero stars if that…

I would give them zero stars if that was an option. I bought 2 sets from them in October 2019. They sent me the incorrect order. It is now June 2020 and they STILL have no refunded me. They keep changing the way they want to refund me. They keep asking me for personal information. Don't buy from them!

Bad shopping experience but good Customer service response

Few weeks ago I ordered leggings from this store and after long wait I got my package with... the disgusting Sport bra which was obviously worn before because of the presence of many spools and discoloration marks on it.
I gave them 3 stars since the customer service response was immediate and they actually agreed send me the leggings without wrong order return. It’s deserves to give them a credit for this mistake.

Does not honor return policy

Their site touts a "no questions asked return policy" in multiple places. However when I asked to return an item they asked questions and then said that they could not return only exchange, in direct violation of their published policy. I contacted them very shortly after receiving the item and definitely within 35 days.
