Wish I’d found them years ago
Moving Life are, simply, life changing. The ATTO Sport has given me the confidence to go out; I can fly with it, go to the shops, take my kid to the swings. The people have been patient and understanding as I come to terms with my needs, and helpful to a fault. After care service is great too - I booked a service and they gave me a ‘loaner’; a problem with the armrest was fixed quickly and on site with no questions asked, under guarantee. Wish I’d found them, and the ATTO, years ago. 10/10 would recommend

Had a fantastic demo given by Drew yesterday at MK show room. I had to find a solution to be more mobile as I am going on a cruise with my sister soon and want to be able to enjoy all the cities we will be visiting, which is not a possibility without aid.
After scrolling the internet I found your advert, WOW I watched it and was so impressed I knew the search was over . And it gets better, you are based in Milton Keynes, easy to get to for me.
My ATTO sport plus accessories will arrive Monday, can’t wait.
Brilliant advertising Movinglife just the ticket , thank you Drew for all your help and advice making my purchase experience great.

Unsafe
I had an Atto Classic and was very pleased with it, so much that I thought the Atto Sport would be better. Not so. I didn’t use it for a while as I now have shopping delivered, but when I started to use it I felt very unsafe. It wasn’t as stable as the old one and in spite of the claim that the brakes engage to stop it rolling backwards they do not engage quickly enough, even on an indoor slope that is barely noticeable. The front wheel spins when trying to mount the wheelchair specific crossing points on roads. I reported this all to the dealer who wanted a video as the guarantee was out by a couple of months (if it had been a standared EU guarantee of two years it would have been well within time.) It’s not possible to video a journey outside and so I just had to put up with it. Now it is even more unstable, I have been in danger of tipping right over on driveways, and the front wheel spins intermittently on normal paving. There is also a very dangerous issue with the tendency to topple in trolley mode. Yes, there is a sticker, but that doesn’t make it safer. Two months ago the trolley did tip forcing the stand into my leg. The whole of my leg was brusied from foot to knee, a large haematoma developed and I had a deep hole in my leg -half an inch deep and 3”x2”, which has been classified as a ulcer requiring professional dressing twice a week, and additional visits to a specialist clinic necessary, with a prognosis of several months more to heal.
I never experienced any of these problems with the classic, and am extremely sorry I wasted my money on this one.

Atto sport safety issue: We bought the Atto sport for my wife at…
We bought the Atto sport for my wife at the end of April 2024, as compact nature of the scooter and the ability to take on aircraft was perfect for travel. The operation of the scooter and the folding design is very good, but the sport model has a major design issue which is extremely dangerous and I found to my detriment.
Whilst still getting used to operating the scooter my wife inadvertently jumped forward and over my foot, this alone did not cause any injury, but the sport model has a front disc brake which is not guarded and very close to the ground. As the wheel hit my foot the disc brake sliced through the top of my foot acting like a meat slice. I required immediate medical attention then hospital A&E treatment resulting in 12 stitches to my right foot.
Moving Life had asked for a review of our new scooter, when I told them what had happened, they removed the review from their site. They haven’t even had the decency to contact me to obtain any further information on how they could possibly reduce the severe hazard let alone any interest on my well being.
Not a great experience!!!!

Wonderful customer service
Dear Helen,
I am so very grateful for all your help and support as I was investigating and buying my AttoSport. I absolutely love it! The kindness and understanding you showed me as I made up my mind was so helpful and supportive and made my decision so much easier. I am so grateful to both you and Craig for all your help and support.
The scooter is everything I hoped for and has already (just a week later) opened up my life again. I hadn’t realised how much I missed just getting some fresh air and going and sorting a few things out in town has become so very much quicker and easier.
When not in use, the scooter sits happily in compact mode in my (small) hallway and it is so very quick and easy to unfold ready for use, whilst the ability to split the compact form makes it a doddle to get in and out of my car. It really is everything I wanted!
Again, I am so very grateful for all your help and kindness. You are a fantastic asset to MovingLife but on a selfish note, even more important to me!
With very best wishes
Fiona

A quality life changer
Morning Helen,
Trust all good with you. I got a text about your sales event.
May I say that since we took took possession of our Atto Sport it has provided my wife with absolute confidence which has changed our lives.
We have taken the scooter everywhere. It’s the best thing I’ve ever purchased for my wife.
We have been on six holidays and every time we have taken the scooter on the flight.
We provide details of the battery when checking in online because the airline require evidence that the battery complies with their strict criteria.
We take the scooter to the aircraft door where I remove the battery to keep with us in the cabin. The body of the scooter is placed in the hold.
At the end of the flight we request the scooter be made available when we land. On each occasion this system has worked. Seamless!
We still use ‘Special Assistance’ who take us to the aircraft to ensure we get priority getting to the aircraft door.
The compact size is amazing. Easy to take apart and put together. Goes into my Ford Fiesta no problem.
It is heavy but extremely well made. It is sturdy and the controls are easy to negotiate.
It also goes up inclines with ease.
In my opinion the fitted cushion is a must as it’s a bit of an uncomfortable ride without.
After sales I’d excellent.
Rating 5 star.
If you want to share this with anyone you’d be very welcome. I’d be happy to receive any emails from prospective customers although I’d rather not be inundated.
I hope this of use.
Kind regards
John

A very satisfactory purchase with great customer service…
I recently purchased an Atto scooter from this company and it has been a very positive transaction in all respects. The scooter itself is an amazing piece of engineering and robustly constructed. Another buyer describes it as Rolls Royce and I would endorse that view.
What is also “Rolls Royce “ rated is the service provided by the company. Both Helen, who has been my office contact throughout, and Michael the engineer who delivered and demonstrated the scooter have been helpful, and informative, and provided a high level of customer service.
I am therefore very pleased with my purchase and also with the feeling that the company will be there as required for support if necessary in the future.

We have had our Atto for 5 years
We have had our Atto for 5 years. It is amazing. We have done all sorts of stuff, been over to Europe, used it all over the UK.
Had it on the Isle of Man 2 weeks ago.
My wife began being ill in 2018 and she has used it virtually every day since.
It is amazingly compact. We are car nuts and it fits in amazingly small cars. Her daily drive is a Toyota Aygo – stands up like a suitcase in there.
We have had 3 different Mazda MX5’s sports cars and fit no problem in the boot.
We had a Porsche boxster and it fit in the ‘two boots’ half in each, along with enough luggage for a 2 week touring holiday of Ireland.
We get stopped virtually every time we take it out of the boot and asked ‘where did you get that from’
It has been and still is a great enhancement to our lives.

Quality Product
Wow what an excellent product it has to be the Rolls Royce of Mobility Scooters. The quality of the build and materials used is fabulous.
As for Helen I can not speak highly enough. From beginning to end a really pleasant experience. I was surprised to receive the scooter two days after the order. Well boxed with charger and instructions on how to open and fold the scooter you easily get the hang of this. I am sure it will turn many heads and if I recommend someone for a sale I will benefit as an affiliate member. So over to you go by you will not regret it. Best wishes Geoff.

GREAT PRODUCT, SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE
Firstly, let me start by saying that the MovingLife ATTO scooter is an excellent product that has changed my life. It is compact, lightweight, and incredibly easy to use. I can now travel independently without worrying about accessibility issues or mobility restrictions.
However, what really sets MovingLife apart is their outstanding customer service. From the moment I reached out to them with questions about the ATTO scooter, they were responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions and even provided me with a detailed demonstration of the product to ensure that I was comfortable using it.
Furthermore, when I encountered an issue with my ATTO scooter, MovingLife's customer service team went above and beyond to resolve the issue promptly and effectively. They took the time to listen to my concerns, and their technical support team was able to quickly diagnose and repair the problem.
Overall, I am incredibly impressed with MovingLife's customer service and their ATTO scooter. They truly go above and beyond to ensure that their customers are satisfied with their product and service. I highly recommend the ATTO scooter and MovingLife to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality mobility solution with exceptional customer service.
