Great customer service. Quick follow ups. Comfortable shoes!

The shoes were two different sizes and when I tried to contact customer support to get the situation rectified, the email bounced back.

I bought what was advertised as barefoot shoes. They definitely are not barefoot shoes. They have a narrow toe box and ground feel is minimal. They do not offer free returns. You have to pay to return to an Indonesian address for a full return not including the postage. They were very difficult to communicate with regarding the other option which was a replacement pair. Eventually the responded and I got a replacement pair - different type - this pair has a wide toe box at least, but very cushioned underneath. Not barefoot shoes either. False advertising in my opinion. By the way the cost is in US dollars!

Customer service was excellent. Really love the shoes (after getting the correct size). will order more!

Great boots. Super warm and comfortable.

I was afraid that this is another scam company. But I was pleasantly surprise about the payment system and notification that legitimized the payment. Then I'm happy about the shipment tracking also easing my feeling pf being scammed. Lastly, the unit arrived in a simple package that did not need too many things to trash yet kept my item safe. I made a mistake in ordering the size though, it was too tight at my toes area. Had to adjust the strings. I would buy a size bigger next time.

The customer service was incredible to help us replace the original shoes for a different size and navigate the tracking through customs when the 2nd package got lost. The shoes are exactly as described - very comfortable but do run slightly small. Advise to order up a 1/2 size.

Great buying, extremely comfortable and look the part , brought three pairs for different purposes. Well presented and comfortable

Customer service did exchange for a bigger pair. A size larger than I usually wear was still to tight.

We still have not received the replacement shoes that I was told you were sending to replace the wrong ones we received originally.

The shoes I bought were expensive but the soles are too thin to walk comfortably on gravel or rough rocky surfaces for too long. I used them to walk a couple of miles on dirt and gravel roads but 40 minutes of that made the bottom of my feet feel unsupported and a little unprotected.

Awful scam company advertising normal shoes as barefoot then when I tried to return they stopped contact so now im out of pocket whilst an investigation goes on.
Stay clear !

Overpriced, ill fitting shoes made with cheap materials that offgass and smell horrible. Returns will cost you though they will agree to partial refunds if you persist and agree to pay shipping to vietnam.

They relieved my back and hip pain....great shoe!!

extremely disapointed with the product. I purchased the shoes because i have bad knees and feet. The shoes have zero support are made poorly and use cheap materials. I think when a paid return is not offered only a 50% off and you keep the product or fully pay for the return yourself is offered then the company knows it has a bad product. The price i paid for the "hi quality" innersoles and what i received was disgusting.

After 2 delivery attempts I still don’t have the shoes, the next step is to get a refund via the credit card company
