Allen is friendly and efficient. His attention to detail is impeccable. He is quite obviously a perfectionist and it shows in our lawn it has never looked so good. He is very professional and explains everything clearly. The MOW NOW team are also easy to deal with and respond quickly..payments method is quick and easy and the advice given to us was clear and professional.

James is awesome - no issues, no drama and always does a good job.

Thomas, who is the mower for my garden, is punctual, unfailingly polite, efficient and a no-fuss person (a requirement when the yard is difficult to access due to slope), came as scheduled, carried out the job and cleaned up on completion. I am happy with the service provided by Mow Now.

Friendly team and very punctual with time on day of service. Terms of payments could be better though. A deposit should be made to secure bookings rather than having the customer pay for the whole service, just in case for any misunderstanding or service is shorter than quoted time.

Simple mow job, saw a flurry of 16 text messages (one-way) over a couple of days! Too time consuming and unprofessional. I’d rather pay more than have to deal with that. Keep it simple!

Unreliable company. I had booked 3 hours of weeding, paid in advance and waited all afternoon with no show. Tried phoning and texting but no response. Very expensive rates. All calls go overseas.

Yet again this company has been a total disaster. 2nd chance given after 1st lawn man weed whacked my flowering garden bed. This garden has a 2ft wall in front of it.? Didn't finish the job, left without me knowing with gate wide open.
2nd Chance again lawn man weed whacked another flowering garden bed. Retaining wall in front of this one is maybe 1ft high? Beggars belief asked for weed eat & lawns mowen no a assault on my garden..Probably out of pocket $1500 for my gardener to plant his hours, compost, mulch & plants. No contact from company. NEVER EVER AGAIN. all my gardner could do was just stand there shaking his head. Be warned.

Warren did a great job with an overgrown garden. He was helpful, professional and realistic. Would have no trouble recommending his team.
