They cut your lawn on the highest setting so that the next mower has more work to do. The next mower cracks it and leaves half way through. They then email you asking for more money to cut the overgrown lawns. Endless cycle.

We were with them for a year or so but now that we have a kid we actually want a consistently nice lawn to play on.

All you really want is to pay someone to manage your lawn so you don't even have to think about it or do any work. MowNow doesn't understand this, they're just out to nag you, waste your time and squeeze as much money as they can get. Dark patterns are real.

WORST EXPERIENCE

First initial job we got quoted was $140 which I excepted, job got rescheduled 3 time before they came out. 2nd job agreed was Scheduled in for 4weeks. The day before it got pushed out another week, fine now worries, then I come home and the bloke had only done have the job and left all the grass cuttings on the floor ?? Reached out , they never returns calls they just txt I can now see why don’t answer,got told it’s was to long and we need to pay another $45 for him to come back ? Remember you extended it so of course it’s guna grow !!! Absolute joke tried to call many times left msg and no reply. I’m never one to get worked up enough to write a Review but this had to be said.

Great customer service. Very easy to book an appointment. Amazing job cutting the grass, our lawn looks great.

I was able to get someone to mow my very untidy lawns at short notice. Tom who did mow them and tidied the yard did an excellent job. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Joe did a fabulous job very friendly and helpful.

Stephen did my lawns today and his workman ship was outstanding
Stephen went above and beyond to help my lawns look immaculate as well as mowing an area that was being constantly avoided, cut up the branches that were in the way of the lawn. He was lovely to talk to and treated my garden as if he would with his own. I hope I only get Stephen when I require this service again . He is fantastic !

Terrible service - do not use.
We have been using Mow Now for a few months now. They always want payment up-front, but several times have not shown up at the time (or date) scheduled.
The final straw is when we have tried to use them for an end of lease mowing/maintenance, it was scheduled for Thursday - they rescheduled this citing an 'accident', for Friday. On Friday, it was again rescheduled citing a 'family emergency'. This was our last day in the property. It was rescheduled to the following Sunday, which we made a trip back to wait - and after waiting in the empty property for 6 hours was then told it was rescheduled again, due to another 'accident', this time for the following Wednesday.
It has now been rescheduled again, meaning we are not able to get the lawn mowed before returning the keys, which will impact our ability to reclaim our bond.
MowNow also let their phone constantly run to a voicemail message, and do not call back when requested.
They are incredibly unreliable and I do not recommend them at all.
They have cost us time and money and seem to not have the staff required to service their bookings - which are already paid for.
Liars and thieves.

Scam operation I don't recommend them your much better off with local lawn Mowing company.

The gentleman who mowed our lawn was friendly and polite. He did a fantastic job mowing, edging and cleaning up.

I have semi regular lawn service (Mow Now) i.e. my grass (buffalo), isn't high maintenance. I completed the lawn installation myself, and chose Mow Now over a year & a half ago.

The main reasons I've continued with their service include; good value for money and also consistent professional service.

A particular acknowledgment for Ben who did superb job today!

Very happy with the mowing and snipping which Warren did around our property this week and the entire team were a pleasure to deal with.
