Worst experience ever!
Took over a week for a quote which I had to keep chasing up, the lawn mowers lied about how long they spent on the job and the administration staff was appalling, service was terrible and continually had to chase up for answers. I had a very small duplex to mow which was 85m2 which they say took 4 hours and charged me $180 which is ridiculous. Got another company in 4 weeks later-recieved a quote in 1 day and charged me $60. MOW NOW ARE THIEVES!

We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed in your visit. The quote for your lawns was based on the fact that your grass was extremely overgrown. When the grass is overgrown, it is a much bigger job than normal, and the price was reflective of this which you accepted.
We also advised that if your grass is not overgrown it would only cost you $55 for a normal visit going forward. The other company that you have hired attended when the grass was in a manageable condition given our gardeners had done the bigger job for you 4 weeks before.

Some months ago, pre covid19, I used MOWNOW in East Fremantle and they were good. I used them again a few weeks ago and the service has been appalling. I am out of pocket. I would not recommend.

Awesome gardening and lawn mowing!
The gardener (Luke) is extremely hard working and I was amazed how awesome my garden looks after the shrubs/bushes were trimmed & shaped in some raised garden beds, as well weeding & lawn mowing after 4 hours of work!! I highly recommend the services of Mow Now! Very happy - thank you!!
