I absolutely love my skates
I absolutely love my skates. They fit perfectly and I love the craftsmanship that goes into them. You can really tell that they are high quality. I have just started skating again after 30 years and I started off with the beach bunny and now the lolly, I feel like they have significantly enhanced my skating experience.

Due to the increased wait times to hear back from customer service, I was unable to cancel my order even though I emailed within 10 minutes of placing it. Now it’s been two weeks of waiting on customer service to return the skates. Would be nice to have a phone number to call that would help the lag time. Also don’t like that I got billed for the return label. Was already expensive having to pay for shipping to receive the item then have to pay to ship them back when other companies offer free shipping.

Ordered some protective gear from Moxi and while I thought it was rather pricey, I have to say it is some solid gear! I feel fully protected and cute as hell, what more could I ask for. Also, it took less than 3 days to get to me! Awesome. :)

It took little time to order and wait for my new skate leash and I was happy when I saw there were on stock product works great very useful but I wish there was a better way to track you package instead of having to download an app.
