Fast shipping, great skates!

(updated after reading the reply from the brand and realizing my review was not constructive)
I didn't even need to contact CS because I got everything I ordered within just a couple of days after purchasing! Packaged well and arrived safe and sound.

Moxi is by far my favorite roller skating brand! The merchandise is always top notch! The customer service is excellent! I have ordered from Moxi several time over the last three years. Twice I've ordered two of a small item (skate leashes and Y tools) and received only one. It was such a non-hassle because I just let them know about it and the other item was sent out immediately! These ladies (and gentleman?) are working so hard to get us our gear and I am so grateful!

I could not be happier with everything that I have ever ordered from Moxi. This company is AMAZING. They make it so easy to understand everything you might ever need to know about skating. From learning how to skate, to how to properly care for and maintain your skates, I feel like I am completely covered. Thank you Moxi!!!

I thought the thick set would include wrist protectors too but I didn't receive any in the set. I don't see where it specifically lists what's included in the set but some of the product photos do look just like the reg sets w the wrist guards.

A little awkward fitting but I think that's just being new and adjusting as needed!

The leather boot is well made and fits great! The wheels and bearings roll so smooth, and make for a great ride. I have waited so long for these skates, and they exceeded all of my expectations

I was so happy with my virtual skate shop experience! Karli took time to figure out my skate goals, what I liked about my current skates and what I was looking for in my new pair of skates. Karli got me set up with a fresh pair of Lollies and they are FANTASTIC. The sizing they suggested was perfect. I also purchased some smaller wheels based on their recommendation and I am so glad I did! Karli provided wonderful customer service and made me love Moxi even more!

Did a virtual skate shop appointment with Kayla and she was so sweet and helpful! She helped me find exactly what I was looking for to get me started and also gave me some great tips and encouragement for getting started as a new skater!! I love that you have the option to speak with someone before buying, so helpful!! Love this company and would definitely recommend to any skater of any level!!

I finally got my skates after waiting 7 months due to the pandemic and popularity!! This company bent over backwards, keeping me informed of changes in delivery dates, even went as far as offering me a replacement pair of skates in a different color because my order was taking so long - I am very impressed by this company!!!

Great skates. I had to wait a long time to recieve my skates because of covid but, they were worth the wait. They were very good about keeping me updated while I waited. I love the details on the skates and they roll great.

I ordered the black skate Leash. I love it, it works great with my Moxi Panthers. They even sent me a couple of cute little stickers. Shipping was fast.

These are my first quad rollerskates, and I've totally fallen in love. They're so comfortable, easy to maneuver in, and they look really cool. Would 100% recommend to any beginner skater.
